Mark has cleaned my gutter the last two seasons and is very courteous and neat. I have somewhere in the vicinity

Mark gave us an estimate last September, which he was willing to honor when I called him on May 1, nearly 7 months after the first quote. He arrived on time on May2. The job became a bit more involved than we first thought that it would be because he had to replace most of the fascia on the back of the house. He took the time to match the paint he put on the fascia to what was on the house, including repainting the front fascia and fixing a piece of trim that had fallen off. Mark fit the triim to the shakes on the house instead of slapping a straight cut piece on and calling it good enough. Cost of the job included removal of the debris and he cleaned up all the old fasteners from the yard. The job came in a few hundred over the estimate but that was due to the amount of fascia needing replacement and not faulty estimating.

The price was good and the installation was prompt. There were a couple roof angles causing the old installation to overflow. I have had no problems since these gutters were installed. Care was taken to extend the downspouts away from the house. I was also given instructions on how to have the painters remove and replace the downspouts to avoid problems.

I think the work is great. It took them a little more than a day, they came back the next day for a couple of things. One of the gutters is clunky looking because of the over hang over my house. He put it up and said when I get the new one built to call him and he'll come back and make it right. I was worried about water coming down the roof in a couple of places and he said don't worry about it just call me up and I'll come back to put the splash guard on it. I'm going to have him come back and do some other work for me, he does fascia and soffit replacement and exterior painting. He's a carpenter, too. He was much lower than the other quotes I got. There wasn't anything I wouldn't say was great. I'm going to have him do vent and shingle work for me.
