Gaby’s skill with carpentry, tiling, cabinet making and painting are top notch. He is punctual, courteous, neat, well priced and honest. He goes above and beyond to please his clients. I look forward to using Gaby again in the future for other projects at our house. I do not hesitate to recommend him!

Excellent work, as always with Gaby, but this is the first time we worked with him on a remodel. Renovating a kitchen is never without some inconvenience, but Gaby planned everything in phases in order to minimize the time we were without appliances/water, etc. (in fact, it would have been no time but for the electrician's schedule). We were able to use the kitchen the majority of the time it was under construction -- and this was an expansion and gut remodel, so down to the studs/subfloor. The result was better than I could have imagined - we are extremely happy!

Gaby is excellent. He quoted my job accurately and honestly. He worked quickly and effectively- and was done in the time he had predicted. His work is stellar- we are so happy with our deck. He is also so kind and wonderful to have around. I highly recommend Gaby- I will use him again for all my carpentry needs. He is an excellent carpenter!!

We hired Gaby to install all new baseboard molding, doors and trim, and all new window casing and trim in a few of our upstairs rooms. We live in old house so there are many instances where walls, floors, etc were not level but Gaby did a fantastic job working around those challenges and the final product looks perfect. He did an excellent job. He pays close attention to detail and works hard all day long, so we got a great product in a short amount of time, for a fair price. We are thrilled with how the rooms look now and would definitely recommend hiring Gaby for your project.

Gaby helped us remodel our kitchen. We wanted to keep our existing custom cabinets but modernize the appearance. Gaby transformed the look from a country style kitchen to a more modern, crisp design by: -extending the cabinets about 10” to the ceiling, and adding molding and trim work -replacing faux legs in our island and cooking area with clean edges -building custom decorative panels for the island and columns -removing a cabinet to make room for a beverage center -countless repairs and fixes Gaby also coordinated painting - both the cabinets and the ceiling/walls, and painted over 50 cabinet doors/drawers himself. The painting turned out absolutely beautiful and professional - as if the cabinets were white from the beginning. He also coordinated many of the other jobs, including recommending an electrician for us who was also very reliable and professional. In many ways, he acted like a GC for us in addition to a carpenter. Can’t say enough about Gaby. He is an outstanding, meticulous carpenter. He knows his stuff in and out. He is reliable, prompt, efficient, reasonable, and goes above and beyond to deliver amazing results. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone and already planning other carpentry projects with him in mind. A+, 10/10, fabulous to work with. Thank you Gaby!

Gaby was literally a miracle for our project. We had to find a new expert to help in the middle of the project and he was available quickly, kept great communication about when he could come and what he could do for us, he came on time and his prices were very reasonable. He is honest and works hard and fast. He is an expert cabinet maker and knew how to troubleshoot the problems with our kitchen. We like woodworking and did some of the work ourselves. He was kind and generous with his knowledge and, at our request, taught us along the way what we could do to improve our kitchen and our skills. I could not recommend him more. I would call him back for anything to do with cabinetry and woodworking without question. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you Gaby!

This is the second time we used Gaby for his cabinet work for our small home project. He is honest up front, timely, and sets realistic expectations. Communicating with him is a breeze! Gaby previously made custom built in desks for our home office. We then decided we wanted a separate matching cabinet. We were so happy with all the work he has done for us we called him to make the cabinet. Once again he used top of the line materials. The cherry wood and finish is a perfect match. We couldn’t be happier.

The project went extremely well. Gaby is a consummate craftsman and finish carpenter. As someone who built custom furniture in my early days, I am very familiar with woodworking and can immediately distinguish between good, quality work and Excellent craftsmanship. Gaby fits the latter! He does all the work himself and takes incredible pride in the quality of his work. He built out the shelving in our pantry and when completed, there was an issue with the height of each of the shelves. When I brought the issue to his attention, Gaby apologized profusely and was back at my house within 48 hours to remedy the situation. This is a situation where you get what you pay for! His pricing was a bit high but fair as custom-built cabinets go. The difference is justified in the quality of materials he uses and the attention to every little detail during installation. During COVID, we paid 50% up front so he could purchase the materials right away as the cost of aLL MATERIALS CONTINUED TO SOAR. Gaby is honest, friendly, highly skilled and fin to work with. The only criticism I have is every decision made and agreement made was on a handshake (Old-school). There was not a formal quote or any paperwork other than the drawings from our designer that I provided. He gave me a range on price and of course, when the work was done, it was the higher of the range. We had initially planned for 2 pantries built by Gaby but ended up only needing shelves in a modified pantry that had already existed which my builder had modified. There were no adjustments in his verbal quote or final price. I had wished at the time that it was in writing. Good communication. Always on time and said what he would do and did what he said! I couldn't be happier with the bookcases that Gaby built for us. These shelves were going into a long wall in our dining room, at the heart of our house where everyone would see them, so I wanted to make sure we would be happy with the end product. When Gaby came to give us an estimate, he took stock of the features he'd have to work around, discussed shelf depth, width of each section, materials, and time frame, and measured and drew out his plan for us before he left. No other contractor we contacted gave us that kind of assurance. Gaby even came back before we hired him when we wanted to change the design and get a new estimate. I never felt like I was asking for something he couldn't deliver. He delivered on time and responded quickly when I contacted him; communication was exceptional. We wanted quality and we got quality. I would definitely use Gaby again. There is comfort in putting such an expensive project into the hands of someone who is this capable!
