Description of Work: Initial contact and rec from Angies list encouraged me to use this provider for gutter cleaning and repair. No followup. Apologies but then continued to put me off. Then sent worker who said would need higher f Ladder although Sam owner saw height when gave reasonable quote and I repeatedly reminded of height. Calls resulted in promises to set date to do work. No followup even when underling said would arrange for higher ladder. I finally used another provider.

Description of Work: We've done business with Ferrimy multiple times in the last few years and have been happy with their work. They are not always easy to contact or schedule. But their work is first-rate.

Description of Work: They came out and quoted competitively for the price but I heard back earlier from another provider. If I had heard back from Ferrimy I would have gone with them.

Description of Work: Ferrimy Construction came to shovel the snow off our home's roof

Description of Work: They arrived on time, cleaned all the snow off my roof, even shoveled a path out my back door since it was blocked by roof snow coming down.

Description of Work: I had ice dam problems. They were so overloaded with work that they never came, and I found someone else to help me.

Description of Work: Shoveled off my roof, which is a large roof and deep, deep snow. Very responsive, showed up on time and did the job perfectly, kept me informed throughout the process, and offered to help in the future. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They took care of the front of the roof and came back because there was a leak. Their responsiveness was OK. Sam came out himself a couple of times. I had no problems with Sam.

Description of Work: These guys are honest! I thought I was having a problem with my roof. They did a very complete inspection, and said no its not a problem with the roof but with the ceiling paint. They offered a very competitive price for painting the ceiling (a job that needed to be done either way) and are fitting me in to their busy schedule to accommodate when I needed the work done! I will call them again!

Description of Work: Chimney was not sealed properly on the outside and moisture was coming down discoloring a ceiling of the house. Sam responded promptly, got a man here within 24 hours and seems to have done very good work. Re-leaded the chimney. The workman could explain to me what he was doing, and why. Was not in a huge hurry. But finished in a few hours. Understood my concerns, flexible, professional. Did some things I would not have known to ask for because he believed they were needed. Did not go over the estimated price.

Description of Work: An honest contractor is not easy to fine but Ferrimy's fits the bill in our case. I contacted them to provide an estimate to replace our roof which is a bit more than 20 years old. The representative came by, looked at the roof, and said "you could probably wait another 3 or 4 years before it needs to be replaced." Two other companies I called for estimates gave me prices but didn't say anything about whether we really needed it or not.

Description of Work: House was damaged under siding due to water entering from gutter during winter. Damaged siding was removed, repaired and replaced by new siding. The cracks were caulked the whole area was repainted. The result was that the whole area looks better than new. Sam was very pleasant, easy to deal with and a competent and ethical person.

Description of Work: Proprietor was very responsive and professional. We purchased a coupon for a couple hours work and he went out of his way to contact us, keep the appointment and fulfill the coupon deal.
