We needed half of our roof cleaned. He did an excellent job and in the process all of my screens and windows got cleaned as well. A double bonus. And then he showed us that he could clean our deck that was in need of a major cleaning. Nobody else has been able to clean our deck. It looks brand new. A triple bonus for us. The integrity and the skill and his competence is greatly appreciated. He was recommended to us by a neighbor who had her roof cleaned. I thought she replaced the roof. We highly recommend Dharma Surface Cleaning. We were given specific information how to prepare before he came as well. Very respectful.

I am a repeat customer. The service has always been excellent and pricing fair. I had originally planned to just have the house and deck cleaned. Dharam noticed the gutters were clogged and lichen was eating at the roof. He cleaned the gutters and treated the roof. He showed me the areas that required treatment and had me OK the additional work. He cleaned up his equipment and left my property looking like new. I highly recommend his services.

It went exceedingly well. Knowing I was having house guests after July 4th, Dharma came on the 3rd even though it was brutally hot to clean the house and roof. I had asked him if he knew of anyone who power washed driveways, and he said he could do it. He even charged me less than he usually did because he was already at the house. He also cleaned my brick stairs that had a great deal of moss on it. I was very happy with the outcome and would not only hire him again but wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Everything went extremely well from every perspective. Dharma did a wonderful job through and through. I was not home when he came to do the work but my wife described him as very polite, thoughtful and professional. We recommend him extremely highly. In terms of value for money, he cannot be beat.

Dharma was unbelievably great! Price was very reasonable, to the extent that I actually asked Dharma if the price was fair to him. He said it was and came to power wash the house exactly on day and time we agreed upon. He is an amazingly diligent guy, working extra hard to clean brick walks (which were not part of the job - yet he cleaned them anyway!) on top of the cleaning of the house. He also cleaned our gutters for good measure. I can't say enough about the guy. It's so rare to find a workman of this caliber today. Thanks to Angie's list for helping us find Dharma and to him for the quality and fair pricing plus over the top workmanship. I plan to have him clean our house every year or two, it looks so good.

We had Dharam come to clean our back deck & front porch (made of composite), and to remove some very ugly mildew from our plastic fences and the vinyl siding of the house. His attitude was friendly and engaging, and he carefully assessed our problem and made suggestions about the best way to proceed. Once final points were decided, he took care of everything in an attentive and focused way. We were very satisfied with the results.

This expert company did such an amazing job that the old boards were nearly as bright as those installed a week earlier to repair some rotted areas! We also had them powerwash the whole house. They know their stuff! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Dharma knows his business. Answers questions and understands timing for removing the lichen. Doesn't power wash but rather uses just enough water, pressure and chemicals to remove what needs removing.

It was a great experience. He showed up and got right to work and a few hours later the place looks amazing. He took extra time to do some hand scrubbing of tough spots, tacked in a loose piece of siding, and paid great attention to the quality of the job. Highly recommend and would hire again.

I saw many great A reviews in AngieList for Dharma Cleaning so I wanted to give it a try. I also saw a promo package going they offer. I was in email exchanges with Gordon for 2-3 days and he answered most of my questions and most importantly he was very flexible/accommodate and can do it earlier that I was scheduled. Gordon is such a hard working and dedicated owner and tirelessly clean every spot of my newly purchase house (built in 1940s). He started at 1:30pm and non-stop till 7:30pm to complete the job. He didn't complain at all, he just focused and worked. As an architect by education I always look for excellent quality and Dharma exceeded my expectations. I also showed Gordon work to my real estate company owner friends and he was so impressed as well that he said he will reach out to Gordon for more great work for his clients.

He did an excellent job. House, gutters, and roof looks great. Removed all the mildew and lichen from roof. He even powerwashed deck to remove chipping flaking paint in preparation to be repainted which saved me several hours of sanding. Definitely would use his services again.

Dharam did a GREAT job!! I was only in town for a few days and he was able to come out on a Sunday to pressure wash my parents house. I mentioned to be careful of the slippery patio and he ended up cleaning that for me for no extra charge (you hardly see that nowadays). He was also careful cos of the age of the windows and was patient on a few interruptions of us coming in and out of the house. Everything looked great when I got back to town a few weeks later. Plan on hiring him to get some moss off the roof in the spring.

Dharam was excellent -- we had a lot of algae buildup on our house siding as well as lichens / moss / general staining on the shingles of our roof and a shed in the back. After Dharam's visit, the house looks like a new house -- we're incredibly happy with the work he did! He was great to work with -- easy to reach, easy to schedule, came when he said he would, and made sure that everything was well taken care of. I can't recommend Dharam enough -- we will definitely be hiring him again!

Amazing! Dharma gave us an estimate and we hired his company to power wash our siding, porches, railings and the roof. knowing that Dharma would be the one doing the actual work. We are happy we did... This man's work ethic is unbelievable. We have never seen anyone work with such fervor, speed and diligence. He visually inspected the house over and over and took care of any spotting that did not come off with the first pass. He applied a solution to the roof to kill the lichen growing there. He came back a week later and made sure that all of the roots of the lichen were destroyed and softly washed the roof. He then went back over the entire house to remove any spotting that may have dripped on the siding when he washed the roof. If you want to hire a company who does exactly what they say and then some and whose prices are reasonable, hire Dharma Surface Cleaning. I will use this company again and again. Excellent! Very friendly, helpful, responsive, & punctual. Did a terrific job of pressure washing the concrete areas in my yard. It was spotless. His price was $50 less than the other contractor I contacted . Also, went out of his way to email me links to buy concrete sealant, which he recommended I apply.
