Description of Work: Sold us and delivered a Frigidaire refrigerator. Engagement was fine. Ice maker on the Frigidaire is squirrelly (design flaw--keeps spitting out ice long after you let go of the lever--never bothered reporting it to Sclamo's).

 + -1 moreI was in a panic. The outside temp was warm and my fridge didn't appear to be working. We called Sclamo's and they came the same day. It appeared we needed a part that was going to take a few day's to come in. They offered to loan us a fridge so we wouldn't loose any food. The customer service was fantastic! I could have gone to a big box retailer to buy a new fridge but I made my purchase with Sclamo's and will continue to do so. They matched the big box price and I received great service, what more could I ask for.

 + -1 moreA great experience which mirrored all of my previous interactions with this company.I highly recommend them! Be sure that you go to the Sclamo's on Grafton St. just over the Worcester line in Millbury. They are a different store than the Southbridge St in Worcester one.
Description of Work: My Mom's 57 year-old refrigerator broke it's handle & needed to be replaced. I had done business with Sclamo's before so she called them an we headed there. Upon walking in we were approached by a salesman who had actually taken Mom's call. He showed us the selection and went to check some details on the computer. In the mean time, the owner started to chat with us and recognized me. (I hadn't been there for over 2 years) He acknowledged my previous purchases and extended a discount to my Mom on her chosen refrigerator. The transaction was quick and easy and delivery was scheduled for Tuesday morning. (Purchase was Saturday) When Tuesday rolled around, Mom had a call around 9 in the morning letting her know that she was first on the delivery schadule and that they were on their way. Just before 10 two friendly and efficient young men arrived in the truck. They moved the old appliance out, (free removal) and got the new one in, set up and running in quick time.
