Larry Stearns from Project Guys has been working for me for a lot of years now and he's always been very good, very professional and very responsive. His pricing was moderate and reasonable.

This could not have gone any better. I ordered the doors from Lowe's. Lowe's cut them to the correct size and painted them for me. I then called Larry to help me install. This project was beyond my expertise and would have taken me forever if I tried. Larry showed up on time, had all the right tools and did a great job installing. He was fine with me helping to move things along and keep my cost down. There were a few door frames that were no longer level and Larry easily knew exactly what to do to the door to make the doors look good. I would and plan on hiring him again.

We are so glad to have found Larry since we moved into a home that is 30 years old. He has done work on the exterior and interior of our home, from replacing a hinge for a casement window or repairing a problematic original front door, to repairing a kitchen drawer. Larry is very reliable, extremely efficient, and the quality of his work is outstanding. We will most certainly be having Larry over again to continue to help us with our home improvements.

Very well. Larry indicated the project would be completed in three days and it was.

Larry came one day and estimated the project and returned within a couple of days to do it. We needed an extra bedroom within an existing apartment but wanted it to be temporary in case the next owner did not want it. He selected the materials, performed the work, and it looked remarkably good, blending in with the surrounding walls and space, both in terms of of color and design. I have had Larry do four or five projects and he always talks through them with you, providing alternatives, and tries to achieve the best plan for the least cost. He is quick to tell you if a project is outside his area of expertise, and does not tackle it. I feel confident that if he takes on a job that it will be done well and in a timely manner. Note that this job was performed in Rhode Island, outside his usual area, so I had to pay a little extra for travel.

I had the paint already and he answered my call himself when I called him to come out to give me a quote. He was prompt when arriving to give his quote; which I thought was commendable. His quote was reasonable and he was here bright and early. He was in and out within 24 hours and everything was very positive. Everything was done non-stressful.

I was really happy with the service. He did everything I asked him to do. He did a good job and was really pleasant to work with. His prices were reasonable.

Larry did a great job. We are very pleased and plan to hire him again for future projects.

I contacted the Project Guys with details about my project via a form on their web site and received an estimate from Larry Stearns by e-mail within a day. I followed up with a phone call, during which we discussed the job in more detail, and made an appointment. Larry showed up exactly on time and ready to go. he was confident, clearly competent, and pleasant. I've had a little experience installing doors so I feel qualified to say that he worked efficiently a did a solid job. I intend to hire him again for my next project. The project Guys will buy and deliver whatever materials you need for your job, but I saved some money by picking up the new door myself. Also, during the job there was some material that I hadn't thought to provide and which Larry could have picked up and then charged me time for, but as I was on the scene he gave me the option of going out for it myself. I only had to pay $8 for materials rather than paying for an extra hour of his time. He finished the job in less time than he had estimated and adjusted the bill accordingly.
