Description of Work: Tim from On Top Roofing was awesome. He suggested a reasonably priced repair for my primary issue. He also inspected the entire roof and we discussed my home plans for the next 5-10 years. Based on this discussion he recommended several additional repairs and provided an estimate. We talked about replacing the roof now but there was no pressure. The additional repairs should help us meet our short term plans. On Top Roofing will definitely be on my short list when the time comes for a new roof.

Description of Work: They installed 6 skylights and put on a new roof. Very nice to work with and very tidy. They needed to return three times to repair a leak near a new skylight. Each time we called, they came immediately to do the repairs. Roof seems fine now.

Description of Work: "On Top Roofing does it right. From the initial contact through final inspection, all communications were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. All phone calls and emails were returned quickly and with good appropriate information. All meetings were on time and easy to schedule. On Top Roofing worked closely with us to make sure we got what we wanted and that we always knew what we were getting. A detailed, easy to understand, estimate was delivered to us very soon after my wife and I made the necessary decisions. The crew showed up right on time, worked quickly, carefully, and proficiently. The field representative visited the job at our house several times each day to make sure we were happy and to make sure the crew was on schedule doing a great job. I know our south roof was very complex and presented special problems. They made it look easy and finished on time without any problems. The results were wonderful. The new roof is beautiful. Best of all, the price was right with the estimate and there were no surprises. I am grateful to all the people at On Top Roofing for making this major and potentially difficult event, smooth and enjoyable. I give my best recommendation to On Top Roofing for roof replacement and other roofing related services. I would recommend them to my family members and to any close friend. Give them a call. + -1 moreThe guy looked at the roof and said that I didn’t need roofing, but I needed to repair my chimney. He recommended somebody to repair the chimney. I ended up not needing any roofing work. He was very professional. He made a very thorough inspection of my roof and said that there was nothing wrong with my roofing and recommended a company to take care of my chimney. I haven’t seen his work, but my interaction with him was an A. His responsiveness and punctuality was very good. I would call him if I need roofing work in the future.

+ -1 moreTim is a pretty easy guy to talk to. He seems very honest and willing to work with me. There are two guys named Tim who came out to help me. Everything is holding up just fine. We weathered the storm well.
Description of Work: They helped me fix a tarp to the roof so that I could prevent any wind damage to the tarp. This was covering something that needs to be repaired. They are actually going to be coming back at the end of October to replace my roof. I am paying them separately for both experiences.

He gave us the best price to replace the roof , did the work as stated and on time. He checked in to make sure we were happy with the work before sending payment. He was honest and ethical, not pushy at all. The roof is guaranteed for 30 years, more than other companies. He knew we were under at time constraint and got our job done on time, in spite of inclement weather. A true professional! Definitely will get my repeat business! The new roof is beautiful!

+ 0 morei really was impressed with Tim and his guys from start to finish. When Tim came to give me a quote, he was thorough with his inspection of the house, answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease. He came back within a day and handed me a very detailed quote and again answered any questions i might have. I ended up not calling him for about 3 weeks to arrange a date to get the house started. He stuck to the quote given, even though the cost of the supplies had gone up a little. They arrived on the day they said they would, and went right to work. they got the whole house done, including the releading of the chimneys, the flashing and eaves back up in three days. The cleanup was wonderful and they actually left the yard in better shape than when they got there. Even my neighbors were impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness and are planning on using them for a painting project next year. I would highly recommend them to anyone

+ -1 moreThe roof had 3 layers of old shingles that had to be removed. All debris was cleaned up quickly with no damage to yard and landscaping. Roof was covered with new architectural shingles with great attention paid to preventing any leaks in critical areas like the 4 dormers that are on the hip roof. Installation included ridge vents, ice/dam underlayment, some chiminey repointing and removal of dumpster. In view of all the recent damage to other homes this past winter due to ice damage, my roof did not leak at all. The workers were professional, unintrusive and conscientous. They finished the job very timely and never stopped working. A call back from the company was received after the first heavy rainstorm to assure everything was ok, it was great and I thought this was very considerate. I would recommend On Top Roofing to anyone who is thinking of getting a new roof for their home.
Description of Work: Three layers of old roofing were removed, new ice/dam under roll and drip edge intalled, new ridge vents installed, attic vent installed, new 30 year architectural shingles installed and complete cleanup and removal of debris.

Description of Work: I contacted Tim, on a Sunday Morning... we had horrible ice dams, My family room and kitchen were flooding due to the snow melt. I contacted several companies all of whom wanted crazy amounts of money to come out and shovel the snow off the family room, to stop the leaking. One local company stated they charged a min. of $1000 for this emergency service. Tim was extemely sensitive to my situation, and was upset about the other companies gouging a customer at a time of need. He was fair, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem as promised. He traveled all the way from Worcester (approx. 45 min.) removed the snow and ice from the roof, added some silicone as a temporary fix at a valley, and provided me with photos from his phone and some knowledgeable suggestions for future repairs to prevent the leaks from happening again. He was extremely professional, and very fair in his pricing. He ended up charging me $290 for the work that was done.
