Description of Work: Was prompt with his quote to us. Quote was very complete covering everything we discussed while he was here. Owner was very professional and polite. answered all questions we had right away. would call this company again. only reason did not use them was there busy schedule did not fit our schedule.

Description of Work: All ice dams were removed and snow cleared on lowest part of roof. They did an excellent job ! I would absolutely hire them again!

Description of Work: They came out to do some snow and ice dam removal; the first day they decided they needed more time and more men - they came back the next day and got the job done. The only reason that I gave a B for quality is that I would like to have looked over the job with the crew leader when they were done.

Description of Work: Reroofed a large flat rubber roof, added insulation and replaced a skylight. It was very professionally done and there was no mess left behind. Except for a new roof, we wouldn't have been able to tell they were there.

Description of Work: Called three weeks ago to request a quote. Left a message on voicemail, but I never heard from the company.

Description of Work: I had ice dams over the winter that caused my attic and kitchen to have severe water damage. It was the first time I had a problem but it was significant enough for me to have my entire roof replaced. Tim and his team did a great job, starting from coming to my house in February to break the ice dams, to the actual repalcement of my roof, redoing the chimney, placing new ridge vents and installing heat lines inside the gutters as well as heating cables on the roof. The team came when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and followed up on all contract items. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and On Top Roofing.

Description of Work: I found on top through Angies list,Tim came from Worcester to Arlinton and showed up on time to inspect the roof problem and got back to us with a quote. The Original work date was changed several times due to bad weather, but when they finally showed up on the work day they worked harder than many crews I have seen in the neighborhood, what I thought would take at least 3 days they did in 1 1/2, they replaced more damaged wood then we initially saw and the roof looks great.

Description of Work: I had a leak coming into my family room in the area of a skylight.The contractor who has done some work on my house told me that he and his brother went on the roof and that I needed a new roof. I called On Top and the owner came out and climbed all over the place. He told me that the roof was fine and the skylight needed repair. We arranged that he would send a clouple of his guys when they had a down day. About 3 weeks later they showed up and fixed it. Unfortunately, the next time it rained heavily, there was a small drip, so he sent the guys out again and I've had no problems since. He gave me a fair price, but he didn't want to send me the bill until the problem was completely resolved. When I told him everything was great and he could send me the bill, he said he would email it but he never did. Now that I've gotten this request for a review, I will call him and remind him again. Very, very honest guy. When I eventually will need a roof, I will call him. I trust him that he will do what he says he will do.
