Paul and Larry did a great job assessing the problem I had. They were efficient and didn’t try to push extra and unnecessary work. Very polite and friendly. Landry Mechanical, Inc. just got a new client. Definitely giving them all projects we may have going forward. Thank you Paul and Larry.

The he person who ultimately showed up, George, was knowledgeable, polite, and stayed late to get the job done. He was five stars plus. What was not okâ ¦communication. Around noon i was told i was the next job. By three, i had heard nothing so called and was told someone woukd call with an ETA. No-one called. This happened three times where would get the same response, then no-one called. At around 5pm George just showed up.

He did a good job but I am waiting for him to come back and do the rest of the job.

Landry Mechanical responded right away and kept me updated on their status before arriving. They provided a few quotes so we could make a decision. The technician was really nice and explained everything to us. We are having him back in the spring to complete another project they quoted us on. The communication/customer service is so much better than I am used to. Sometimes you have to wait a few days to get a call back with other plumbers.

Excellent service. They are now my new HVAC contractor.

Had a oil tank replaced with a newer Roth tank. They came quickly and di a really good job. I highly recommend their services.

Landry does not come cheap but they do excellent work. And beware that they will tell you all the issues and/or problems your HVAC appliances might encounter in the near future and how they can save the day. :-)
