I was skeptical when the sales representative, Joey C., approached my doorstep asking me if I was aware of the pests that plagued my neighborhood. Bud I decided to give him a chance and explain why his company's services where warranted for my home. We walked around my property and Joey was VERY knowledgeable in pointing out things I constantly overlooked and never given second thought. What sealed the deal for me was the presence of carpenter bees making their nests throughout my home. I was convinced that Insight Pest Solutions was a no brainer at the reasonable costs they offered. John Germain, our technician appears onsight the next day and was a blast to see in action. He was personable, knowledgable and most importantly passionate about his job and the work he was completing for my family. He was respectful and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why it was important. Someone who displays that much care to the detail of their work truly loves what they're doing. I wasn't asked to write this review but felt compelled to do so because I want whoever needs these services to know that this company is on the up-and-up and that they will get the most bang for their buck. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to the next family or individual that seeks quality pest control.

Our technician was Joe G, and he was awesome! Sp respectful, listened to what concerns we had, conducted himself in a professional manner from start too finish! I would recommend Insight just based on my interaction with Joe, he was knowledgeable and polite. He did his job and left us with a full understanding of what he had done. Our first visit of four and it was 100% positive and I hope to see him again next time!

The technician (John) came and discussed my needs. He was very attentive to my concerns, explained everything that he was doing to my satisfaction. I feel that what was done was safe. I have extensive plantings for pollinators and he was knowledgeable about their safety requirements, and state law protecting them. While working, he found and rescued a half-grown bird and and put it back in its nest (on one of my downspouts). Not everyone wants bird nests on their downspouts, but I appreciated that he understood my priorities.

It went very well. No odor, no mess. . The dog must be kept inside for 10 minutes after they spray, then he can go out. No odor, no mess. John Germaine was the tech, very nice, arrived on time, and explained as he went along.

We have been bug free for over three years. Have always had friendly technicians who are on time and attentive. We used to deal with lots of ants, beetles and spiders and they are gone. We live off conservation land, so this is saying a lot. Love that products are pet/kid friendly and just irritate the bugs so they will go elsewhere.

The technician was very thorough. On this visit he went through the house from basement to attic, treating spots of egress for insects and mice as appropriate, and asking questions as to what type of pest we saw where and explaining what he was doing as we went. He then went around the outside of the house treating the ground with one chemical and the foundation with another. Finally he put a bait in as many golfer holes as he could find, advising me to avoid doing anything to the holes or tunnels for a few days. So far no ants and we are waiting to see about the mice and gophers. All in all the technician was very professional. Before he started, I was asked to watch a short video by the companies owner explaining their policies, and before leaving the technician went over a checklist and explained that if I wasn't satisfied, they would have someone come back at no charge to address the issue. I will definitely use them again as the need arises.

Kevin did a very professional job and was very knowledgable and insightful for us.

The service was great. Jessie was very polite and professional as were the other two workers that arrived. They treated the inside and outside of the home for ants/insects. They de-webbed around the windows of the outside of the home and in the garage. They sprayed/dusted a few spots on the outside of the home where we've had issues with wasps. They also filled a couple of hole with steel wool to block mice from getting into the house. I was very pleased with their service. Two thumbs up!

I am very happy with Insight Pest Control. I will recommend them anytime I can. The four technicians who serviced my home arrived on time and were very polite and personable. They performed their jobs thoroughly and efficiently and inspired trust in both them and the company. I can't say enough about Kevin, George and their team.

We have used insight for the past year, and we have been very happy with their service. Our quarterly insecticide application was completed about 1 month ago, but we noticed more insects in our basement than we were used to seeing. We called insight, and they sent a technician over the following day to reevaluate our home and reapply the insecticide. Our representative this time was Jamie Gelardi. He was on time and very professional. He answered all of my questions and did a great job.

They are always very responsive when I call for a service appointment. Jonese in customer service is awesome. Frank Bruner came out and did a very thorough inspection of the house, inside and out. He was knowleadge and professional. He found potential areas of entry and sealed them with steel wool. He also made recommendations for us to do when the snow disappears.

The Technician was very polite throughout the entire service call and was particularly attentive to our questions and he did all the inspections we asked him to do. Very professional and knowledgable. We had another pest control company from the area, and Insight Pest Solutions has consistently outperformed the competitor. It well. They do a good job and are very professional. Kevin was my technician and when I mentioned that I may have a mouse in my wall, he inspected the outside and inside, set up some traps and left some extra free of charge. I have been with them for a year and get the same great experience. I was leery of companies like this at first, but they are very professional, educate the consumer and want to meet the needs of the customer.

Our rep, Dylan DaCruz was on time, very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and what to expect over the next few weeks.

Dylan was great. He assessed exterior of home to find access points for mice entering. He blocked access and set interior traps to monitor if they are still getting in after treatment. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do.

Our technician, Frank Bruner, was prompt and very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and thoroughly examined my house for mice entry. He placed steel wool at possible entry points and made suggestions to us such as replacing a door leading to our bulkhead which does not have a seal. He also placed several traps.

Tech did a great job -- two treatments so far by two techs and very pleases with both. Very thorough - explained each treatment - took his time even though it was late and I was the last appointment of the day.

I was very happy with Adam our technician he explained everything he was doing and adjusted his plan when we had concerns about the crystals not dissolving in the back yard where our dogs go. We only did the front yard since there's a water ban we cannot wet the grass. He told us what to watch for there may be increases activity but to call back in two weeks if there are still wasps or ants.

Phillip was very courteous and took time to answer all of my questions. I signed up for quarterly treatments to hopefully keep our pest problems away! Would recommend Insight to my friends and family.
