I had my Spring treatment in April 2017, but close to summer I was getting a lot of ants mainly due to some major road construction being done. A technician named Kevin B. #43895 was sent to my home who was very knowledgeable about what I needed and the areas that needed major treatment. I was given many little square containers with ant baits to place around the house. I had first complained about my kitchen, bedrooms and family, but he asked whether there were any other areas that needed treatment. He was very nice and gave great advise on how to keep those pests away. He went into the basement and treated for spiders. He advised that I call if the problem continues. He was very pleasant. I definitely would love to have him come out for my next treatment.

The technician arrived on time and performed all treatments. He removed spider webs, wasp nests, and treated places where mice could enter the house. Alan was very professional and explained the processes and how long it would take for treatment to be effective. We were very pleased with the initial treatment.

A sales person came to the door saying Insight was in the neighborhood, I have never before used someone coming door to door, however, the gentlemen said they had an appointment available the within the hour so I agreed. (The night before for the first time since living in our house I saw a mouse walking across my kitchen floor). Alan and Jesse showed up and started working. Alan looked for entry points for the mouse and decided we probably had the mouse come in a open door but put traps to catch any future mice visitors. They did good work. I would use them again.

nsight Pest control supervisor visited me to say they would be in the neighborhood and would offer a discounted treatment. I was very skeptical. After almost 30 minutes of discussion and verification that my neighbor indeed was using the services, I agreed to the treatment. Kyle the Rep who visited could not have been more professional. Day of service: Sean McGrail was here. He was polite- on time- professional and very helpful. We discussed the possibility of carpenter ants as I had found one and he went out of his way to treat the area in the house where I found the ant. VERY HAPPY with his service

I found both Tony/Will my Insight Pest Solutions representatives to be professional. They both went about their work in an efficient way on June 14, 2017. I signed up to have them back again on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend them. Not only did they get right to work but were also very pleasant. I walked around my property to show them any of the areas I was concerned about for insects and in particular for ants. They treated my home and property.

Jake and Dave were great. Jake let me through everything as far as what was being treated outside as well as what he'd be spraying and laying bait down for inside the house (just general preventative measures, but also to treat the black ants). Took the time to explain and be very thorough. Appreciate the customer service as well as the quality of the work being done.

Our technician, Sean McGrail, was able to determine that we had something more benign on our hands - trapped lint! He provided all the other pest control functions that insight does - Ants/spiders/wasps/silverfish/centipedes/earwigs/millipedes too. Sean was great - professional and personable, flexible as needed.

Polite young man arrived on time answered all of my questions and checked exterior thoroughly. Inside they inserted something made from chrysanthemums around water pipes to safely stop creeping things before they find their way in. I'm paranoid about termites he explained that besides looking for mud tubes which tells you it's too late turning over rocks can reveal termites so I can inspect for them. I appreciate his thorough job and unrushed conversation with me.
