Description of Work: Our provider did an in-house application in two bathrooms as well as under the kitchen sink and then went outside, and provided a very thorough application to the outside of our home as well as around our foundation to make sure that there would not be a problem with ants, spiders, bees etc. in the future. Our technician was very friendly and answered all of our questions and then performed his service and we feel confident that our home will be thoroughly protected from all insects/pests. Description of Work: They spray the home. They have done a very good job and the technician is very thorough and polite. He follows up well and makes sure things are fixed if I have an issue. He really goes above and beyond. The company is great to work with. I find that they are actually better than other companies since they are very thorough.

Description of Work: Yes, We signed up for three treatments. After the first we saw some ants and spiders inside the home and had a hornets next built on our deck. It did rain a ton the day of the first treatment so I think that may have effected how well it took. The came back with no question and provided another application. They also got rid of the hornet nests on the deck. We have been bug free for the rest of the summer. I gave them a C for punctuality due to them being late for the first appointment as it put my son's nap off but the second appointment was on time.

Description of Work: Worst pest control solution ever. The sales promise a lot of thing will be done. Control wasp. Spray under eve to prevent wasp from in and out of the house. First guy who did inside was nice, but since it was raining, they did not spray outside. When they finally got to do the outside, all they did was spray the foundation with ant killer. Everything for outside was ignored. So I have to call the company and the girl was very rude to tell me that flying insect they have to see the nest. So I told them all you did was spray the foundation with any killer, I been doing that myself. And if I know your crappy company spray only ants and have to see an wasp nest visual, I would not have pick this company. There are visible sign that the wasp was going in and out of eve, and inside the shutter. Do I have to stand there and tell you how to do your job? Your sales team took whole bunch of noted. We're they just garbage they only care about hooking customer into signing contract?
