We have not had work done yet. This Is review of inspection and estimate of work. They called us because they had a cancellation and could fit us in a couple of days early. That was appreciated. Estimate was clearly explained. Employees were professional and pleasant. We plan to follow up with them on the work. Also company shows good use of technology in providing updates and documentation along they way.

Everything was replaced and appears to be working.

Great. Doug was very professional, kept the work area clean and explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. Would work with Tingley again-they were very responsive and worked around my schedule.

Incredible team. The front end people making appointments & listens to concerns are easy to work with and friendly. When they knew an earlier appointment they called me and asked me if it was OK, and when the appointment is confirmed you get a link that shows you exactly when the tech is showing up and the location of the truck. The technician was incredibly professional, addressed all my concerns, and also went over many different price options, they also have a yearly program called TAP, that lowers your bill significantly and gives you much better services I highly recommend you get that

Excellent, but the price was surprisingly high

The Tingley team did a great job. They kept me informed, offered options, and got the work done pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again...and would request Liam for my next project.

We've had work done by Tingley before. Liam and Thomas did an great job - giving us three options and explaining each. Tingley might be a bit expensive, but the quality of their work and professionalism is worth it!

Office was very helpful in setting up appointment and thorough in letting us know what to expect. Jason was very knowledgeable and relayed our options very clearly. He was always very professional and courteous. We were very impressed with how he to took the time to make sure everything in the house was working before leaving. We would highly recommend.

Fully functional switch. All the mess from cutting into wall was cleaned up. Also installed new breaker in electric box.

Work was done quickly and professionally.

Jason and Noah did a great job replacing the old knob and tube wiring and installing a three-way switch on a dark flight of stairs. They worked on our project from start to finish, without interruption, which we greatly appreciated. They did a good job patching the holes they had to make in walls and ceilings in order to run the new wires. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and stored their tools out of the way in our basement overnight. At the end of each day, Jason gave us a walk-through of the progress he and Noah had made during the day. He had a positive, professional, "can-do" approach to the work and challenges of the project.

Professional and friendly service. Not cheap.

They were punctual and worked very efficiently. They were very transparent with the pricing, no surprises. The electricians were very nice and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

Electrician Tingley sent did a great job but Tingley charged me $1750 for 3 hours work and at most a $150 in materials (one 20 ft length of wire and two electrical boxes). They will steal as much money from you as they can possibly get away with! They charge $89 just to show up at your house so DO NOT be surprised when they also charge you more than triple the price that any other electrician would charge for the same job and charge you for things that they did not do. On my job, they claimed they dug a trench but they neither dug nor filled in any trench, which was dug for them before they showed up to work
