They like to start in the morning, 7am start. I wrote a list, they gave me an estimate and they sent 3 to 4 guys out to get it done. They are the best but expensive. They are my guy.

They are knowledgeable based, professionalism and the way they handle things. They know what they are doing, really doing, they do not scratch their heads. The fact they came come out with a crew so it did not go on and on and on, it just got done.

Top of line, excellent workman. Very expensive but I want the good guys. They could problem solve and problems they found, and they found plenty. They come with a crew if you have a lot to do. They are very good. They are very qualified people working for them. They are very professional, when you call them they come out, go over everything I want done then get a price. They will send 3 guys to get the work done but I got a lot of work done.

Efficient and professional service. Nice guys. Talked me thru the options and pointed out where items were required versus items that were nice to have.

Jason and Dave did a great job. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, offered great suggestions, and cleaned up great after themselves, and overall we're great to deal with. I am very happy with the quality and efficiency of work they performed, and would use this company again.

It went very well. Vincent Tingley quoted the job, the quote was approved by my client, and the job was scheduled. The electricians were clean cut and professional, and got the job done efficiently. When there was a small issue months later, it was taken care of right away.

They were great. They installed light fixtures, replaced/updated outlets, installed whole house surge protector, grounded the garage door opener. I was very happy to know they checked out the whole house and cleaned up a number of issues I wouldn't have been aware I needed to address.

I was very pleased with both the work and the professionalism of the company and the technicians. They gave me a date and time and followed up to remind me the day before. On the day of service, I was sent a text message from the technician with name and photo saying he was on his way. They explained what they needed to do and the costs before they started and then promptly replaced all the smoke detectors with ones that were up-to-date. In addition, they did an inspection of the whole electrical system and answered questions I had about some switches.

It worked out very well. I don't have the experience to be able to be accurate on the grade for the pricing. The quality was good.

The works was performed professionally and all steps explained along the way. Multiple options were provided for the issues and a full review of our existing outlets and alarms was also performed. There was no pressure in making a decision and we're very satisfied with the work that was done over a month ago at this point.

I've been using them for years. They were here two trips. They respond right away and they come right away. They're very cordial and they do a good job.

Very smooth initial contact, then we waited 2 weeks for our scheduled appointment. We were given two days the technicians would be there for the work. They actually left after a half day and did not return to finish the job for over two weeks. The excuse they gave was not valid. The technicians were nice, but needed supervision which they did not get from the company. When they returned my husband helped them to finish the job.

The Tingley electrician arrived on time, was fast and professional.

Excellent; Jason, our technician, was punctual and offered various solutions to our various lighting issues. We hired again for other jobs around the house later this month.

Tingley Electric is exceptional! The electrician was respectful, professional and on time. He completed the requested work efficiently and effectively with no leftover dust or messy. In addition, The electrician inspected all electrical outlets in the house and the main panel, explaining what improvements could be made both for safety and efficiency. I'm so excited and pleased with the work that was completed today at the estimated cost given- no surprises between an estimate and the final cost. Thank you so much! I have had the Tingley team at the house several times and each time I have been satisfied with the work done and quality/way in which the work is completed. Seems a little pricey at times, but they offer a fixed price for the job which i do like.

Work was scheduled between 11 and 1 but Tingley Electric called to say they could be at my house around 9:30 if I was home. I was thrilled to get an earlier appt. John came in and assessed and priced the job at the Safety and Savings Plan rate. He described the job to me and spent a considerable amount of time getting the job done right. He was very neat, nothing to clean up after her left. I had purchased the fixtures myself so the price below is labor only.

Laurie fit me into the schedule! THANKS LAURIE! We were going crazy with the detecters going off at all different time. The service was great!

Charged a service fee even though I hired them to do work. Over $600 to install 3 smoke detectors that required no new wiring. Very unfair.

Fast one day service, excellent job, no complaints!

We have used Tingley before and were surprised by an extremely disappointing experience this time around.. Called to ask Tingley to provide a quote to wall-mount one (1) TV, add two electrical outlets, add brush plates and snake HDMI wires. Provider charged $89 just to show up and provide an estimate. Figured that would be OK because we had used them before and had been happy with the quality of work in the past.... didn't figure we would be shopping the job around or lose our $89. However..... Tingley's electrician showed up as promised. After evaluation, he quoted a job cost in excess of $1,000 - for one TV. They then proceeded to pitch an annual services plan that cost somewhere around $120 that would provide us a 15% discount off of all services... bringing the total job to ~$970 or so. I was shocked by this because I had already purchased 90% of the parts needed including: TV mount, brush plates, electrical outlets, 3 HDMI cables and a toslink cable. Their job was simply to provide the expertise and labor to do the install. When I asked the electrician to tell me how long it would take to do the job, he answered "maybe three hours tops". I suggested to him that, with three hours of work and a $900+ bill, he was really quoting me a rate of $300+ an hour. I asked him if he thought that sounded a bit outrageous... His response was, "we don't quote hourly, we quote by the job." He didn't seem to understand the concern or make any real effort to address it. When I reviewed the quote form he provided, it was not written up to meet our job requirements. The form included 10 boxes with canned electrical jobs listed next to them. He did not customize the quote, but simply checked the box of a listed job that didn't remotely resemble the job I asked him to quote - it was the "top box" with the highest cost. This made me feel that I was being taken advantage of, particularly given that they collected $89 from me to provide this quote. I promptly called another electrician, who provided an honest quote of 1/4 that of Tingley. In fact, the other electrician installed a second wall-mount TV and a surge protector and still came in at a price several hundred less than Tingley. Given the outrageous price, I feel like I was taken for $89 while not receiving anything that I would consider close to a reasonable estimate. Not a good experience and will not call again.
