Description of Work: Tingley installed 2 lights in our basement (simple bare bulb style) and put "cover boxes" at a few junctions where wires met - which were not up to code from previous owners. They also looked at wiring on a chandelier but determined we need to remove the light to inspect it in the ceiling. Finally, we got a quote for outdoor security lights. They are very professional and good at what they do, but because of this, slightly higher priced than others who've provided quotes.

Hi, This review was for our visit in July of 2013 to look at work and provide an estimate of cost. This was 2 years ago. According to my records: You asked us to come in and estimate cost for a floor outlet and an Internet connection. We provided that estimate via email. My records indicate that you did not have us do the work for some reason my notes just say you did not get estimate. There is no invoice because we did not work for you. Perhaps you may be confusing us with someone else that actually did the work? If this was by mistake please ask Angie's List to make corrections. I am happy to talk anytime to discuss any concerns you have from 2 years ago. Just ask for the owner Vinny Tingley.

Description of Work: This company is adding extra cost to the existing voucher prior to even come on site to see the work that needs to be done. I have the following that needs to be done. 1) Move an existing dryer plug outlet about 15 inches closer to the dryer 2)Run an electrical wire from from a 20gallon water heater to the electrical box. I was told that the following by the receptionist: Project # 1 will be priced as one job. Project #2 will be price as another job. $69 will be deducted from the $150.00.

It helps us continue to improve our customer service. For service work such as yours, we inform all our customers of our service fees over the phone. Our service fee covers travel time and gets a fully stocked truck to your door with in a 2 hour window. It includes a uniformed, back round checked and highly trained licensed electrician that will review all of your electrical needs. He also perform a safety check of electrical system in your home and then go over with you all options and costs for your review and approval and answer any questions before work is started. All for only $69.00 which includes a written safety report. We respect peoples time and know they are busy, so we are ready to do the work right away so you can get on with your day. I am happy to talk with you anytime about your experience. Please don't hesitate to call and ask for the owner, Vinny Tingley.
