They showed up and gave an appraisal. They explained all the work that needed to b done.They showed up on time on the day of service and completed the job. Everyone involved was very proffesional.

We were having our attic insulated when we discovered that there was a damaged wire so we found Vinny's number on Angie's list and gave them a call. I explained that the work needed to be done before the insulation guys came back (which was 6 days including the weekend.) Vinny was able to accommodate our timeline and even agreed to installing overhead lighting in the bedrooms and replacing a few other fixtures. His electrician arrived early and was very thorough and helpful, not to mention very clean. He cleaned up any mess that he made when drilling holes in the ceiling for the new fixtures. I would would certainly call them again for any future electrical work that I need to have done.

The guys from Tingley were very professional and responsive. They were punctual and got everything done as promised. I will definitely call them again for any electrical needs.

Overall the experience was very good and I would recommend. The crew that did the work gave great recommondations on what circuits to hook up to the transfer box and checked some of my original assumptions about what circuits I had already selected. The crew changed how the wiring would be laid out compared to the original quote based on closer inspection of the site and what circuits we finally decided to hook up to the box. They were very good about explaining what was being changed and why. The job ended up being billed less than the original quote. The work looks very clean and I'm a happy customer. Vincent and his crew were both a pleasure to deal with.

Vinny Tingley came out on his weekend in response to what I considered an urgent need for lighting in the outside rear of my home. We had discovered evidence of an attempted break-in, and we were about to travel again for several days. Vinny responded to my Friday afternoon phone message the next morning, and volunteered to come out on his day off to install two motion detector lights to replace traditional on/off fixture, one of which did not work at all. The installs were done smoothly, and his price of $96 was extremely fair, especially given the quick turn-around on a weekend. He's a very friendly guy, and has been doing electrical work in the Metrowest area for more than 20 years. I will use him again, and highly recommend him to you.

It went very well. The contractor was prompt, professional and friendly. The price was also very reasonable compared to others we had obtained quotes from.

I called the company late Friday morning and received a call back Friday afternoon (which is very timely for a non-emergency call in my opinion). I was able to schedule a service call for the following Monday morning. Vinny asked a lot of detailed questions over the phone, and was even able to advise me as to which replacement fixture to buy ahead of time. Arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use this company again

I called expecting an availability within a week or so. They had an immediate availability, came out right away and were able to diagnose and repair the problem within an hour. They explained the issue in terms that I could understand. I would recommend them highly.

They even applied a web discount coupon to my order which I forgot to mention. I would use them again.

My experience with Tingley was great. They showed up on time (even a little early) and were friendly and profesional. They were just supposed to fix a bad circuit, but when I asked them if they could spend a couple extra minutes and wire up a light for me they did it with no problem. A very smooth service call.

I wasn?t at home when they came. However, based on what my family told me, the work was good. We are happy with the finished product. Their price is fair and the quality of their work was good.

When I first spoke to Vinny, he asked very detailed questions about the problems. This enabled him to make sure he had all the likely parts on the truck when his crew arrived. There were no little errands to get the right part. He also called the day before to confirm the appt. His crew arrived right on time and got to work. They were completely finished and everything was in working order within an hour. Vinny also called at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with the work. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

Vinny's response time is almost immediate, and his work is superlative, efficient, clean, and intelligent. He does not try to pad his bill. in fact, he doesn't seem to charge enough for his full service. For the last 13 years he has responded quickly and efficiently to my many calls. I have recommended him to several of my friends and neighbors and have never received a negative report.

He is very thorough and is quick. He is great with coming up with ideas. He is not cheap but not crazy expensive. But you get what you pay for. He is very professional.

The work performed was sub par. On the 2nd day, his crew did something to short circuit the electrical downstairs and several lights would not go back on. They had to spend half the next day troubleshooting and Vinny still charged me for this time. They did a good job running most of the wires up to the kitchen. They also would leave a mess at the end of each day behind- wires on the floor, dust from sanding the walls, etc.. Vinny became rude with me when I discussed this with him. he didn't take responsibility for leaving a mess. Then I got a very sizable quote from him to finish the work and when I complained about it, he told me that he was "firing" me has a customer and to go find someone else. I then had to find another contractor to finish the job. This cost me more time and money than I would've liked to have spent. I would never hire Vinny and his crew again.

We have had Tingley out many times in the past 4 to 5 years. They are always responsive, calling right back when I call and arrive on time. The guys are good and if ever we have a problem, they come right back out to resolve it.

VERY GOOD WORK, METICULOUS, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, PATIENT AND CLEAR IN EXPLAINING THE WORK, PERSONABLE AND POLITE. VINNY ACTUALLY HELPED US SAVE MONEY BY SUGGESTING THAT WE HOLD OFF ON SOME WORK, WHICH HE FELT DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE. OVERALL, THEY'RE OUTSTANDING. THEIR PRICING IS DEFINITELY FAIR AND REASONABLE.
