There were two calls I made, and they didn't get back. When they did, they did good work.

They were very professional and neat. We were very pleased.

Did all rough work on one visit. Returned to finish up after painting was complete. They worked on our schedule, not theirs.

The two gentlemen were so professional and worked well together. They were incredibly polite and efficient. They arrived a little later than I thought they would but maybe I wrote the time down as a firm time versus a "window." They did provide me with an estimate up front. It seemed high to me but it did include an expensive part. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

We called Tingley with a last-minute request (needed them the next day) to come to our house to advise on the location of a conduit for outdoor lighting. The phone was answered by Ryan who was very professional and helpful. Ryan come to the house the next and gave us the info we needed. Tingley made this so easy and they were so professional and helpful that we'll definitely be using them as our go-to electrician from now on!

He showed up on time. Quickly went to work and installed the light without any delay. Left earlier than expected and cleaned before he left. Very good experience.

After being told they would arrive between 10-12, the truck didn't show up until 12:02. The electrician, Don, then looked at where he could install the detector, quoted me a price of $130/hr + materials, He then went right to work, finding a good place for it, cutting the panelling, and installed the wiring and a box. He them installed the CO detector I had already purchased. Total time was about 1/2 hr. He then offered to look at my broken circuit, and I showed it to him. With power at the GFI breaker, but not at the first light switch, he then went searching for the break. He found it in a box in the attic (a "bad splice" he called it). He tightened the splice and fixed the circuit. Total time spent in my home was 1 hr. Total cost was $150. I am very happy.

Tingley Electrical has been great. I originally contacted them in January via their website to address a number of electric projects I had been putting off. Someone from their office called me quite quickly to discuss the various items I wanted done, explain their pricing and schedule a time for them to perform the work. They were able to provide me an appointment very quickly and accommodate my schedule. Mike showed up a few minutes early for the appointment, was professional and courteous, and he walked through each of the items on the list. He explained the options he had for timers, dimmers, etc and then went to work. He performed each of the items on my list quickly and efficiently. For the items I had requested an estimate for (installing ceiling lights in a few rooms), he said someone from the office would follow-up with an estimate by e-mail. After I followed up a few days later, Vincent sent the estimate quite quickly and the estimate was quite reasonable. I decided to hold off on having the ceiling lights installed, but I had a few more electrical items (replacing a motion sensor and installing a few additional LED dimmers) so contacted Tingley to perform these additional tasks. They again responded quickly by phone and set up an appointment for only a couple days later that worked for my schedule. Mike again showed up promptly, walked through the items with me and worked quickly on each item. I have used Tingley twice now (1/16/14 and 2/10/14), and I have been please with their prices, quality, responsiveness and professionalism. They are definitely my go-to electrician going forward.

Everything went well. They were fast, honest, had competitive prices and also came back at no cost to fix a couple things.

The electricity in part of my house went off during a wind storm. Because it was only part of my house, I assumed that the problem was in the house rather than with the electricity supplier. I called Mr. Tingley to ask that he come take a look. He explained that the problem was almost certainly with the utility supplier and not my house thus saving me the cost of a visit. Then he called me back the following week to make sure that everything had turned out OK, which it had. He was extremely courteous and helpful. I will absolutely call him next time I need an electrician.

Prompt response to my call and email, showed up on time and did work as promised. Good personality, professional staff.

I hired Tingley Electric on two occasions. On the first, Vinny visited my house and later sent me an estimate. The actual work was conducted by a separate team of two guys. On the first job, they --installed an Ecobee thermostat (sort of a nerdier competitor to the Nest thermostat). It is actually a pain to install, since there is a separate control box by the furnace. The installation went smoothly. --installed coaxial cable plugs in several rooms. This went very well, so I hired them shortly after to: --install a second Ecobee in the basement --remove a some nasty light fixtures in a drop ceiling, install a few can lights, install a closet light, move a few wall outlets to a particular switch. --update a lot of old outlets and switches --replace a bathroom exhaust fan. I was actually traveling just before the job, so Vinny allowed me to ship the fan and thermostat directly to his shop. It was quite helpful. The same team worked both times. They were prompt and clean (especially in carefully cutting drywall for coaxial). The price is very approximate, since this was about a year ago, but it was fair given the work quality.

They were on time and scheduled work quickly after my purchase of the deal. They worked efficiently and left me with a credit for future work. I was very satisfied and I would use them again on a future job.

I never heard back from him. He did a sloppy job leaving out important details.

In the process of selling our house we needed to update and add some more smoke detectors. They were able to come quickly, the guys are friendly and clean up the areas they worked in.

First time customer, service was prompt and professional. Would definately call them again for future service.

He was prompt, ethical and provided quality work. He stood by what he could and could not do -- which I appreciated.

Vinny was great. I tried to swap out a switch in our 50 year old house after watching HGTV and a few YouTube do it yourself videos and failed miserably. We were nervous that the switch was producing sparks and called a few different electricians, plus two from Angie's List, afraid that my DIY project was going to burn the house down. Vinny called us back within a half hour and was here soon afterward. He replaced and upgraded the switch, and swapped out an old ivory colored one in the room to match the new switch. I was impressed that he was so prompt, professional, had a variety of parts and plugs with him (unlike other electricians we've encountered who always seem to build 90 minutes at Home Depot into their charge for materials they should have with them) and worked efficiently. The new switches look great and much cleaner than what we had before. We have major renovations ahead of us and will call Vinny first on projects going forward.

Watching these two guys work was like watching and listening to a symphony. No matter what obstacle my old house threw at them they didn't miss a beat. I didn't realize that most of my old lights didnt even have junction boxes or that the timer switch I had wasn't working. No problem these guys had everything they needed right in the truck. They completed everything in less than an hour and a half. Amazing! I have to say that Vinny and his guys restore my faith in my fellow man, because of their honesty and hard work, kudos to them. Any success they have they clearly deserve it.

Did an overall great job. I recommend him for his services. He is well worth it.

They were there directly at 730 when scheduled and completed the work on time and efficiently. Mike and Jason were very professional and cleaned up after themselves as they moved along the work.

. Vinny was great - came out on a Saturday and was done within an hour. Prior electrician told us that we would need to rip out our wall to diagnose a wiring issue we had or completely rewire our exterior lighting. The estimate was $500 or more. We called tingley to get a second opinion.... He answered phone, and came right out... And after a quick diagnosis, vinny was able to solve the problem within one hour without ripping out our wall or rewiring. He honored the coupon from AL and didn't charge extra for a Saturday visit. Very nice, very professional and job done right. Will use again without hesitation
