Description of Work: The job was the installation of two recessed lights. The electrician arrived on time, was very courteous, and completed the job in a professional manner. Tingley charges fixed rates for certain jobs, rather than the typical materials and labor charges. I provided all the materials for this job, so the effective rate worked out to be about $220/hour, which is very high.

Description of Work: We needed to install a 220V/30A power line from the distribution box in the cellar to the kitchen above to accommodate a new cooking range. They arrived on schedule, and very professionally and expeditiously installed the service and socket inside a kitchen cabinet adjacent to where the new range was to be installed. They left the premises without any refuse.

Description of Work: Tingley is great!! Service Tech arrived on time and resolved unexpected issues with ease. Fantastic service, will be calling them again.

Description of Work: We needed an outdoor light for our patio and a motion detecting flood light for our back yard. It took about for hours and he electrician had no issue. I appreciated that the pricing was no-nonsense and pressure-free. I'd use them again!

Description of Work: They checked out the required exit signs in our new store, (they were dead and had to be replaced). They also located all of the switches for all of the lights and designated which went to what. At the same time they checked out the A/C units and wall sockets making sure everything worked (or didn't) and noted the work that had to be accomplished by the landlord. They also installed new outlets for us (in the wrong place, but that was the landlord's fault). In addition to all of the aforementioned, they made sure that the breaker box was up to code and that all of the breakers were properly marked. Tingley was fast, courteous, professional, tidy and reasonably priced for the work they did. A really great experience.

They discussed the work in advance so that there was no miscommunication, and explained what they were doing along the way. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: A few issues in our kitchen that needed attention and as it was electrics we didn't want to tinker ourselves. As the cost is flat for the first hour and the two guys were finishing up pretty quick we asked them to look at a few other spots in our old house that were in need and they were happy to oblige. In short a courteous, prompt professional service.
