The EV charger installation had some challenges due to an unattached garage with outdated wiring. Faust was more than up to the challenge in proposing and implementing a solution. His pricing is competitive and he is reliable and professional in every way. We'd hire him again in a minute. Highly recommended.

Fausto was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. My husband had put up a new light with the old wires and the light no longer worked. One company came out and gave us a price of $1499 (they said they were a PREMIUM service provider) just to get the light to work. My husband is on social security and we do not have that kind of money. We called SAF and Fausto came out. He told us that one wire was broken. All my husband had to do was splice in a new wire. When asked what we owed him, he said nothing. We tried to give me a $20 tip, he refused. With so many people actively trying to take advantage of us, I am so very impressed. I will call Fausto for every electrical need that comes up.

Fausto came right on time and got to work with our updated request to replace the fans with light fixtures in 4 rooms, but also to wire them so the switch controls the overhead light. Fausto did this with no complaints and everything looks and works perfect. He was done in no time! He was friendly, knowledgeable and does great work. I would highly recommend Fausto and SAF Electrical.

Constructing a pool is not easy in good times; installing one in this COVID era has challenges all its own given the moving pieces that town-permitted building requires, and the demand on electrical services. As the homeowner, I pulled the permit but required a good Master Electrician to get the electrical permit and do the work. I interviewed several on the phone, including a major contractor who had done our house addition; and had two come in to quote the project. I kept thinking it was Providence that helped me find Fausto, owner of SAF, when his quote came in at substantially less (as in 50% less) than my former big electrical shop. But, like you, I read his reviews and became very confident in his own confidence and abilities. Not only was he very accommodating with our impossible, hurricane-drenched schedule, his install was impeccable. It easily passed the two inspections prompting the inspector to comment on the quality of his work. But perhaps as important, he communicated fully with me as the days passed, and kept his part of the deal, reducing my anxiety over the process and weather. And, you know, he's a simply lovely soul; I enjoyed his insight, presence, and quiet competence. I know of no higher praise.

We needed both new and retrofitted electrical. Everything was handled professionally and passed inspections with no hiccups. We really enjoyed Fausto and recommend him highly.
