+ -1 moreExcellent! Problem solved in short order at less than half the cost of the other provider we called for a quote ($110 vs $250). We would definitely use Ryan Roy again.
Description of Work: Our gas heating system was not working on a Sunday. We called Roy Mechanical Services and also another provider. Ryan Roy answered on the second ring. After describing our problem, he said he was 90% confident he knew what it was. He said he could come out between 4 and 6 pm (on a Sunday!) and arrived at 4:30. He got right to the issue (he was correct in phone diagnostics) and even had the part available in the vehicle. It was installed and he tested and waited 20 minutes to be sure it was working properly. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
