QUALITY INSULATION & BUILDING PRODUCTS INC

We bought a new home from a builder in October 2014 who used this contractor to install a gas fireplace. The fireplace has two burners, primary and secondary, with individual control of flame heights. This past spring one burner stopped functioning, so the builder referred me to the rep for Quality Insul. I called and was told that he would get back to me. Had to call back repeatedly and was not able to a get a service appointment scheduled. I have lost count of the number of times I have called and the number of excuses I have received including: the experienced service tech is out with an injury and they do not want to send the less experienced guy by himself; the experienced service tech has not come back yet; the experienced service tech is not coming back, he has left the company; the service manager questioned whether or not our unit even has two burners (DUH!); the rep came out to verify that the unit has two burners and that I was operating the controls properly. That was 6 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back yet. The rep no longer answers or returns my calls. Just left him a voice mail ultimatum; a scheduled service call in the next two days, or I will blitz the contractors parent company, the fireplace manufacturer, the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of. Do not do business with these bozos.

Did a first class job. They did gutters and downspouts. I would use them again. Listened to what I wanted and worked non stop till the job was done

They came and did the job and were punctual. I like the gutters as they are a .032 gage. My experience was very good with them and would recommend them. Prices very reasonable.

I received this comany's name as a referal from a friend. I called to have someone come out and give me a quote for spray foam insulation. The contractor, Bob, called back and wanted to come immediately since he was in the area. I wasn't home, but he insisted on coming right away, so I had my father let him in. I didn't appreciate this as a good part of what builds confidence in a contractor is meeting face-to-face, seeing how they react to the project and having a chance to ask questions to guage their knowledge. The quote came back the highest of the three quotes I received, and the company was not flexible regarding combining open and closed cell spray foam, so I chose not to use their services.

It didn't go anywhere. Rob Lapinsky from Quality came out to do an estimate and did send me a quote. I then tried to hire them to do the work and they simply chose not to return calls. I spoke with Rob on a few different occasions when i was able to get him on the phone and he would promise he would get back to me but never did. I used Quality to insulate a house i built 2 years ago. They were very difficult to work with then as well and never actually finished the job. I made the mistake of trying to use them again because this house is in a different area and was covered by a different sales person. Unfortunately I got an even worse result. If you value your time do not engage this operation

The sales person was pleasant and courteous, but follow up was and F. He was slow in getting the quote to me and the customer service has been poor, so I hope the work that I am getting will be better. He left for vacation without confirming anything with me so I called the office and had to confirm the estimate and get my appointment set up.

The price was reasonable. They were the lowest priced vendor. The quality of the job was very high and they did a good job.
