Delivered on time. Took a little longer to hook up than I originally thought but went smoothly once they got going. There were a lot of customers having them installed all at once. Mike the owner very nice polite and timely. I have had him do other jobs for me such as, bedroom ceiling fan installation, gas insert electrical fan install, ceiling lights, now I need updated hardwired ceiling fire/carbon monoxide alarms installed. Good people I trust them, his son works for him too.

The work was competent, but they seemed to want to take the path of least resistance. I got a battery operated door bell because they were reluctant to do the wiring, for example. But my primary issue was that we feel labor costs were inflated. They claimed to have two men put in 8 hours each and that simply is not true. At the most, they were here 4 hours each for the jobs done at my expense. I think they charged me for some of the time they worked for the siding installer. We had to ask several times for a bill that showed their time spent, and it took 3 months for them to send it.

It was very good. They stuck to the estimate. There was a problem after they left with one of the circuits not working, so they came back right away and replaced it. They were friendly, did a good job, and cleaned up.

It was a wonderful experience. On my first call I actually had someone answer the phone; the owner! He set up a time to come give an estimate two days later and scheduled the work for the following week based on my schedule. He and his son arrived promptly for both appointments and were professional and courteous at all times. Due to the age of my house, they encountered a couple of problems which they developed options for and stayed to complete much longer than they had expected. There was one thing they had to order and they came back exactly when they said they would and took care of it. When they left the first day I offered to pay them, but Mark Sr. said absolutely not, not until the work was fully complete. Because of some of the issues encountered, the need to go out and get some other supplies, and the extra amount of time it took, I expected the cost to be more than the original estimate but when I got the bill it was exactly as estimated.

Mike and his son responded promptly to my call, came to my house within a few hours, and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price (the job took maybe 15-20 minutes). They were very pleasant to deal with, and I would definitely use them for any large electrical jobs in the future.

The work was done at the specified time. The workman appeared competent and courteous. The project took about 5 man-hours.

Mike and his son Mike were both great. The arrived when scheduled, worked diligently and got all of the tasks done in a day and a half. The work was completed 4 business days after my initial phone call to get a quote. They also were very respectful of our requests to coordinate the order of their work around our 2 children's naps. I will definitely hire them again for all future electrical work.

MIKE AND MIKE OF MILFORD ARE WONDERFUL. THEY'RE PLEASANT ON THE PHONE AND RESPONSIVE. SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. FOUND CREATIVE SOLUTIONS TO SOME WIRING ISSUES. IT TOOK THEM ALMOST A FULL DAY ON A 12 FOOT LADDER TO TAKE DOWN AN OLD CEILING FAN AND INSTALL A NEW ONE WITH UP AND DOWN LIGHTS AND A REMOTE CONTROL...NEVER A GRUMBLE. THEY WERE NICE GUYS, RESPECTFUL AND FUNNY AND THEY DID REALLY GOOD, THOROUGH WORK. VERY PLEASED AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEART-BEAT.

MIKE WAS GREAT! HE ALREADY HAD A FULL DAY BOOKED WHEN I CALLED HIM, BUT HE STILL OFFERED TO COME AT THE END OF THE DAY SINCE I HAD NO HOT WATER UNTIL THE WATER HEATER ISSUE WAS FIXED. RATHER THAN COMING IN THE EVENING I ASKED IF HE COULD COME THE NEXT MORNING. HE AGREED TO DO SO, AND SHOWED UP BY 6:30 THE NEXT MORNING. HE QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE WITH THE WATER HEATER, FIXED IT, AND EXPLAINED IT ALL TO ME. HE ALSO QUICKLY DETERMINED THAT THE PUMP ON THE SINK WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. HE TOLD ME WHERE TO BUY A REPLACEMENT AND SAID IF I DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT MYSELF OR COULDN'T FIND A PLUMBER HE'D BE HAPPY TO COME BACK AND DO IT. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. I ALSO FELT THAT HIS RATES WERE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD GLADLY RECOMMEND HIM!

MIKE WAS EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY, PROMPT, CLEAN AND QUICK. AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

MIKE WAS VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND VISITING FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE SEEMS TO HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE AND WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH HIS ABILITY AND EXPERTISE. HE CAME WHEN PROMISED AND LEFT THE JOB-SITE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. A SPECIAL BONUS IS MIKE'S FRIENDLINESS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT HESITATION.

MIKE RETURNED OUR CALLS PROMPTLY (ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN ON ANGIE'S LIST NEVER CALLED US BACK), ARRIVED ON TIME FOR OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND WAS VERY CARING OF OUR HOME WHILE PERFORMING THE WORK. HE ALSO GAVE US SOME IDEAS ON HOW TO ADD MORE LIGHTING TO AN OFFICE ROOM THAT CURRENTLY HAS JUST ONE RECESSED LIGHT IN AN AWKWARD PLACE. HE AND HIS SON ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. WE FELT THE PRICING WAS VERY REASONABLE AND WOULDN'T HESITATE TO USE MIKE AGAIN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.
