Sam came to my house to look the projects over and gave me a price that was lower than several others I had gotten site unseen. He power washed my house and dug out old flower beds treated and planted new bushes for me. Was right on time ,cleaned up after himself, gave me receipts for all the plants and charged exactly the price I was quoted.. I would recommend Sameh to everyone without hesitation

Sam looked over the site we wanted to have cleared up, gave us an estimate and within a week his crew came and did an amazing job! They were able to do everything we asked for in 1 day whereas other company was quoting us a 3 day job! They even cut our lawn that they did as a bonus for us! Sam and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning the siding, roof and sidewalk of my three family house which was built in the 1800's. It now shines. The roof which was covered in moss is now moss free and the siding looks brand new. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Sam came to my home to give me the estimate which was a fair price. He explained what he would do and that he uses organic cleaning soap, not harmful chemicals, which I was happy about. He and his crew did a great job, which wasn’t easy, because I have a log house. Would recommend him to anyone!

Sam met with us before power washing, explained exactly their technique, the chemicals used, the process, and general information about his company. The team, including Sam, arrived on time, were careful with our plants and shrubs, and did a remarkable job of cleaning our house, including the outside of our very dirty, mildewed gutters on the north side of the house that never get any sun. They also thoroughly cleaned the front brick porch. We are extremely satisfied with GIO's work, their professionalism, their attention to detail, and their work ethics. We are waiting on quotes for 2 other projects that we know will be implemented to our high standards.

Sameh Wisa was GREAT! He and his crew, power washed my house and deck and did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient, and the price was reasonable. Since we loved the work they did, we called him back to repaint/stain our deck. They did a beautiful job on the deck. The deck has NEVER looked so good. Sameh is so nice, explains everything and is a very honest and humble man. We will hire him again and again because we know we can trust him and he will do an amazing job.
