Horrible experience. I purchased a ceiling light, started to drive home and then changed my mind about the light and went back to the store to return it. I was only gone for 40 minutes. The man who rang up my order, he said he was the assistant manager, was snippy to me when I told him I wanted to return the light. He then told me that he would "get in trouble" because when I purchased it, he filled the information in with the store address instead of asking me for mine because he wanted to "hurry things along". He then started typing furiously and handed me a Credit slip but never ran my card through for the credit, I asked him about it and he said that he had to fill out another form for the customer service dept, and that they would email me in 24-48 hours to tell me if my credit was approved. He then put the light back in the storeroom and told me I'd have to just wait to hear. I then spoke to the manager, he was absolutely no help either. I told him that his asst manager had falsified the paperwork, he had no reaction. I told him that I wanted either my money back now or the light that I had still paid for, he would not do either. Now I had paid $212.00 for a light that I no longer had in my possession and no money back! They told me that if have to wait for an email in a few days to see if it was approved, then call the store back and give them my credit card # and they would issue the credit then. They refused to do it while I was in the store over a light that I brought back 40 minutes later! I feel like this was a scam. I have no product, a credit skip that looks like I got my money back but no credit back! I would never go there again. I called the customer service number they gave me and left messages with no return call yet. This place is dishonest and they now have $212.00 of mine for nothing! Buyer beware! Go elsewhere, do not shop here! In response to Provider Response: I never refused a full refund. I was told it would take 24-48 hours. I contacted customer service as I was asked to do, and was told that if I didn't take down my negative review, I wouldn't receive my refund. It is now May 2015, I have never received my money back. This company stole from me. I returned a stock product after 40 minutes and they took the product back and never gave me my money. I have started legal action and will follow though aggressively until I get my money back.

We apologize that we were not able to issue your refund immediately as you requested. You were offered a full refund by both the Showroom Manager and Assistant Manager, but didn't want to wait the 24-48 hours for it to be processed. While we understand that an instant refund would have been more convenient for you; our normal policy is a 60 day exchange. For security purposes, exception basis refund requests must be processed through our Customer Service Department.

Found lights that I needed on the web site, but needed personal help with picking ceiling fan, light attachment, extension, and blades. They were very helpful in showing me what my options were for what I needed. Most items are not at store and need to be ordered from their warehouse. This took about a week. They get 1 delivery per week. Everything arrived as ordered with no problems, and I installed them myself. The manager called me at home about a week or two later to make sure that all went well, and that I had no installation problems. That was a nice touch in my opinion. My only complaint would be that I had to make two trips to the store. (One for purchase and one for pickup). If you order via the web site it is shipped for free to your home. Buy in the store, and you pay for shipping to your home. Shipping to the store was free, but takes longer than to home. I would suggest they change this policy.
