Homequest is the best. We spent almost 3 hours walking through the house and answering all of my questions. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. The inspector was very patient and knowledgeable, and provided an easy-to-read report which was thorough and detailed enough to get the seller to negotiate with me to perform many repairs before closing. I even called with a few follow up questions, after the inspection, and my call was promptly returned and my questions answered. I recommend Homequest and Lisa to everyone.

Homequest Consultants did a home inspection and radon test for us. It was a generally positive experience. The staff was very thorough, she was very knowledgeable and found issues that were not easy to discern. The price was a bit high.

It was excellent. Lisa is the licensed inspector. She is terrific and extremely thorough. This is the first time I have gone through a home inspection process, so she took a lot of time to explain a lot of the systems to me being a first time home buyer. She came highly recommend from friends who have used her.

Lisa and her partner did a thorough inspection of one unit of a multifamily condo that I recently ended up buying. She was careful to explain what I can expect from her services and what I can't expect (she does not do lead and asbestos testing, she cannot closely inspect a pitched roof, inside a chimney, etc.) She gave what I thought was a good balance between giving me an unbiased report of issues found, all while giving a sense of perspective on the maintenance and repair of purchase we were considering... buying a first home can be overwhelming, so this is important.

I consider Lisa to be the most valuable resource available to me as a first-time homebuyer. She is extremely knowledgeable, perceptive, and thorough, with impressive professional credentials. She takes the time necessary to do the job right, is patient in explaining technical issues, diligent in following through on information requests, and provides highly detailed, comprehensive written reports. She steered me clear of several properties that would have been poor investments, and did not charge me full price for a couple of inspections where we discovered "deal-breakers." I cannot recommend Lisa's services highly enough. She is a caring advocate for the homebuyer and she has been indispensable to me throughout the challenging process of locating and completing the purchase of a new home.

SHE SPENT A SOLID 1.5 HOURS TEARING APART THE HOUSE AND WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME AS SHE WENT ALONG. SHE IS FANTASTIC IN ALL AREAS. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY A NEW HOME WITHOUT HAVING HER LOOK AT IT FIRST.
