Terrible job matching tiles on my bathroom back splash. Cleber agreed to come back and fix his mistakes. Wife wanted an extra $300 and would not admit to mistakes. I was left with an unfinished unprofessional job and a $100 refund. Bad business.

what a GREAT experience! On time, clean, professional and friendly. His work was perfect with no detail left unnoticed. I have repairs done to drywall, stair railing and baseboards. He added little pieces where needed and sanded to perfection. He added 17 ft of baseboards around a kneewall and matched it pwrfectly to the current non stock baseboards already here. He trimmed out the kitchen window and pieced around cabinets so it looks like it has always been there. I love him so much he is going to redo the top of the kneewall for me! Just waiting on estimate now. Oh did I say his price was great? it was! love it!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Cleber and this business. This is a family business (Cleber and his wife are a powerful team), so you get close attention and great customer service. The service was very reasonably priced and the business was very transparent with the breakdown of the costs. They even ended up coming in a little under the estimate when the supplies didn’t cost as much as they had anticipated. The quality of the work is absolutely stunning. We have a hundred year old house, in which NOTHING is regular. Cleber and his team masterfully worked around the odd corners and wacky lines. The final result (they built us some new stairs and laid hardwood floor in the hallway) is 10/10 in appearance. I will definitely be trying to hire Cleber again for future projects (we have a masonry project in mind).

Cleber did an outstanding job! He was right on time, professional, extremely clean and neat in both the execution of the tasks and follow-up. He and his associate worked the whole time they were here, absolutely not one wasted second. I had had a "handyman service" come before two years ago and half the day the person was either on the phone or taking forever to do the job. Happily this was not the case with Cleber.. He presented the various options and then checked and rechecked to make sure I was happy. I have already asked him about coming back to do some more work. He is a real credit to your company with his excellent skills, knowledge of what the task requires, and very pleasant manner.

I had a very tight timeline for my small painting project. Emily went above and beyond to make sure that my room was done in the time that I needed it done.

The project was to replace broken pull down attic stairs. The original stairs were heavy duty and high quality. The replacement stairs were an inexpensive inferior substitute. I did not see the stairs until the job was completed or I would have told them not to install them. Shame on me for "assuming" that the materials used would be of equal quality as the original. I would have been willing to pay the extra money to get what I wanted. I did not receive any paperwork after the job was done. I hired an electrician through Home Advisor previously and was given all of the necessary paperwork on completion of the job. The workmen were polite and cleaned up when they were done. The stairs are functional - but not sure for how long - and the finish work at the ceiling looks good. I am disappointed in the replacement materials and the poor communication coming from customer service i.e. cancelled appointments and discrepancies about when the stairs were available, no phone call as requested to let me know when the workmen would arrive. I was hoping to find a reliable company to do multiple projects at my 100 year old home and at my rental properties. Very upset with myself for getting duped. Seniors beware. I will keep looking for the right company.
