Car-Leo Floor Covering

AWFUL WORK!!! Brand new LVP was installed on entire first floor without prepping subfloor causing sinking, cracking and buckling of new flooring. Cardboard was used in areas to attempt to level flooring instead of floor patch. Owner refused to fix issue and lied about subfloor being prepped. Needed to rip flooring up and start from scratch with no refund.

Carl was awesome while we were selecting our carpet: he spent time with is talking about the differences in the two carpets we were considering. He let us take the sample home and picked it up when he came to measure. Then Car Leo Carpeting was great all the rest of the way through. What I loved is that the installation was done by people working for the store, not independent contractors! Actually, Carl, the owner, did the install. All through the experience, they communicated well with us and there were no surprises. They were always on time and I would not only recommend them to everyone, but I'd also use them again in a heartbeat.

Carl of Car-Leo Floorcovering, is a professional who really cares about what he sells and how well it is installed. From the time we went to the showroom and discussed the locations we needed to have carpeted until he was done with the installation, we could not have asked for better - communication was great, he was punctual for every appointment,and his advice about what to choose really helped us make the right choice for our carpeting. Carl went above and beyond the basics. We bought a new house and were having the inside painted and carpeted. He came out on the 16th just to tear out enough carpet along the walls so that the painters could do their job! Then he came back when the painting was completed and finished our job. This kind of service deserves a shout out - so here it is. Just about 1-1/2 years ago, we went to Rotman's for some carpeting for the home we were living in (the one we just sold to buy our new home). The difference in the quality between what we got at Car-Leo and what we got at Rotman's was like night and day. Our new carpet is so thick and luscious, where our old carpet was nice to look at, but already showed signs of wear when we were selling our place. Our new carpet is a MUCH higher quality, yet the price was only 30% or 40% higher. We couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend Car-Leo and when it comes time to remodel, Iwill go to his business for any flooring needs in the project.

We were gifted a small puppy in 2011 & while training him we got multiple stains on our beige berber carpet from "accidents"--we had it cleaned a few times but the stains remained--we decided to get all new wall to wall carpet; so I went to the 'Car-Leo' company (which had put in kitchen flooring for us) I picked out samples of what I thought I would like & brought them home to check the colors with the room & my husband. Carl came a few days later, measured the area, gave us an estimate & said he could come one week later. He called the day before & promptly arrived with a helper at the agreed upon time & within 4 hours quickly & efficiently took out the old carpet & replaced it with beautiful new carpet. There are many seams due to the odd shaped living room & hallway; BUT you cannot see any one of them!! We would definitely hire Car-Leo again!!

We first went to Carl about three weeks ago. We walked into the his store and were actually able to chat with Carl himself. He gave great, honest advice and let us take home a few samples to see how we liked them in our house. He was able to come out the next morning to give us an estimate (arrived 1/2 hr early :) and ran through all the options for each of the samples we liked. My husband and I took a couple of days to think about it, then called to confirm that we wanted to go ahead. It happened to be the Mass state sales tax-free weekend soon after we confirmed, so Carl did us the huge favor of letting us post-date the check so we could save a couple hundred in sales tax without having to change our weekend plans. My husband dropped off the check and was ready to bring up scheduling (we had a tight schedule, trying to get everything done before our baby shower on 8/25) when Carl said that he already had us down for installation on 8/20. He remembered from the conversation we had the first night we met him that we only had that week to get the work done and saved it for us just in case! Talk about great customer service! Last Saturday, Carl call me to confirm that he would be at our house on Monday at 7:45am as planned. This morning he showed up at 7:20am (which I figured he might :). Carl and two of his guys did the work themselves. They got right down to it as soon as they got into the house, had great attitudes, and were very friendly. Everything was done by 11:30am and they even helped me get some the of the bigger furniture pieces back into the rooms. The fact is I am 8 months pregnant, however I have a feeling they would have helped me even if I wasn't :) Overall, I highly recommend Car-Leo to anyone looking for flooring. Carl did a great job, was extremely professional, and is just a nice, honest guy. This was especially welcome after another recent experience I had with another flooring contractor where all of those qualities were lacking. Car-Leo is the best and I couldn't be happier with the result!

They came right on time and though they said it might take 2 days to finish, as they had to take the old flooring out ; it was completed in a day. They were very polite and the end result was wonderful! We were so afraid we would have to get rid of the old flooring; but they took it all away and cleaned everything so beautifully you'd never know they were here.

This company is a gem in Milford! Small storefront on Main Street, but they were recommended to us by a different carpet store that did not carry sheet vinyl. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, made great recommendations, at a resonable price. They actually came and installed the flooring within a couple days and it looks great. I'd definitely use them again for flooring of any kind.
