During a very stressful period trying to liquidate my sister's house due to a sudden death, I did not know where to begin. Chris and his staff took over in a heartbeat which reduced my anxiety greatly. For a percentage of the proceeds from the Estate Sale of my parents home they performed: Home clean up and presentation for sale Safe keeping of personal items (pictures and paperwork containing sensitive information) Sale marketing Sale execution - including added security, buyer flow, item price negotiation and money handling post sale inventory of items sold Home cleanout (and when I say cleanout I mean nothing left, this is usually an added cost but with Best Rate it was simply a take of any items we didn't want to keep) To top off all of this, Chris was incredibly helpful and thoughtful with what is an emotional event in a family's life. He made dealing with a huge job a piece of cake. I can't recommend his services enough.
