Excellent service! all glass pieces cut with high precision to the exact measurements provided, perfectly finished, and delivered on time.

I called because a rock hit my windshield and I needed it replaced. they were great from the moment I called to set up an appointment right through completion. I called my insurance, they sent over the needed paperwork and Area Glass took it from there. All I did was bring my car in for the appointed time and it was taken right away and completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased and would use them again.

My husband and I remodeled our bathroom over the summer. The company who installed the granite shower curb did so incorrectly. This error was not found until the shower enclosure was installed. Needless to say the shower enclosure that was originally installed by another glass company needed to be uninstalled for the curb to be fixed. I called Brian and he gave me a quote over the phone that was reasonable. When the worked needed to be performed he arrived on time. After taking the enclosure out he informed us whoever installed it the first time did so incorrectly by not securing the U tracks and not placing silicone in the U track for the glass to sit on. Brian stated when it was time reinstall the enclosure that he would put it in correctly and make it right. Seven days later Brian arrived on time and reinstalled the shower enclosure correctly in a timely fashion. He then charged us less money than he originally quoted us. I would use and recommend Area Glass and Brian for any future work.

Brian did the work for us. It looks great! They are a great company.

Good points: Promptly returns calls; Promptly shows up; Was cheaper by 2x compared to another estimate I got; Nice to work with. Easy going; I will hire them again; The IGUs are nice and matched what we have for other windows. Not-so-good-points: Accidentally removed the security tabs from three windows. But, Brian came and fixed it immediately the next day; Left one window open and couldn't be shut. Again, Brian fixed that immediately the next day; One window was put on crooked. He couldn't take the window out and had to install it in place. This couldn't be opened. Brian came back in a few days to take a look at this. To Brian's favor, he agreed to take a crack at fixing the window in the Spring when it is warmer. Brian said he will do this for free. We also plan to replace two other IGUs at that time.

Mr. Keefe was very responsive and fit my job in on short notice as was reasonably priced.
