They were the only contractor willing to repair the roof rather than replace all or a large part of it. The job was rescheduled, but only by less than a week, and was completed in two days. The work uncovered a larger but still limited area that needed replacement, which we agreed to include. They were neat and, as far as I can tell, did a very good job.

They do not do what they are supposed to do, they do not send the contract like they say they are going to send it and they do not return phone calls. I have called several since last week and they have not returned my phone calls.

Hired them to fix my roof leak. They came and I paid them for their services. Next rain storm, the roof leaks the exact same spot as before. I have pictures to prove this. I call the main phone number and now that number is mysteriously not being answered. I have to call 3 different numbers to get in touch with someone. Quality of work is not good. The didnâ t fix anything. They are also not good in responsiveness and donâ t stand by their work. Go somewhere else for any work that you need. Home owner beware. They come back 4 times with different people. but each time same thing happens the roof is still not fixed.

These guys came out to repair the vent boot on my roof when no one else would. Most contractors want to upsell you - but not ATC. They responded quickly to my request and completes the repair same day at a reasonable price. At my request - Luis even took 30 minutes to discuss other projects we wanted to work on in the spring and provided a me a quote. One bit of constructive feedback- they should think about getting better organized on the office/admin side. No real issues, just some feedback.

They were prompt to reach out after requesting a pro through homeadvisor, were able to to show up to assess the damage, and were able to find matching siding and repair it promptly. I would hire them again for any siding repair/installation.

I can?t believe some of these positive reviews. This crew was terrible. Luis was supposed to call me with a quote but never did and I ended up having to chase him. The project was to replace a rotted part of the window in the bedroom. When they showed up they spent maybe 20 minutes looking at the window took off without telling me anything, and I had to chase him to find out what was going on for the rest of the day. A project that should have taken a few hours max started at 10am, they took off and finished at 8pm. I told him they were disrespectfully of my time and didn?t communicate status to me well. They finally came back around 7 PM-during dinner! I had to force them to come back. They made a lot of excuses like they had to take the wood some place to a shop and have it cut. It was a lie because I saw that doing it in their van. every time I called I got voicemail, some random lady?s voice. I let Luis know I wasn?t happy with the end result-the wood stain didn?t match, there were gaps when you closed the window, we ended up asking them to re align it and seal it off so that it can?t even open anymore. The caulking/seal is all over the glass and looks like crap. It was amazing how quickly Luis responded when the job was ?done? and he needed to be paid. I?m tired of the run around with these types of contractors. I spent too much time away from work having to babysit the entire project.
