Two days to complete the job of residing one side of my house. Team was on site promptly 730am each morning. Very happy with the siding work completed.

Luis from American Team Construction did a great job fixing some damaged siding for us. The new pieces matched perfectly and he also did a great job sealing a small gap in the flashing. The work matched the estimate and was done on time.

Very professional - courteous respectful

They gave me a time and I had my tenant wait. They didn't come. they called and said they'd reschedule on monday. My tenant rescheduled their vacation plans and they did not show. They said they could fix it and were paid, and they did not fix it.

Luis was on time, every time...............located and repaired holes in roof that others were not able to find for 3 years. Polite. All around great team. Great work.........also installed rubber roof on back of house. I would DEFINITELY recommend him, and hire him, again. 100% satisfied. Reasonable pricing........The team cleaned up better than they found the yard. Hugely satisfied.

Cover up the holes left from an old porch railing. Came out to look at the work, gave estimate, and scheduled a time to come back with the needed materials. Came out as scheduled, basically re-sided the whole bottom third of the walls so as not to leave seams. Looks good! The dispatcher was friendly on the phone, little bit of confusion over payment types they take, gave her a CC over the phone but haven't gotten a bill yet.

Projected completed with reasonable price and on time. I will definitely recommend for any future project. Thanks for finding me from Home Ad visor..

Replaced and repaired damaged vinyl siding on a three story house due to the heat of a house fire across the street. Dis a terrific job in matching 20 year old vinyl siding color and texture. The crew was timely and professional.

know im pleased for what needed to be done, they had to return to fix something that was not up to my expectations but i was in work during this project so i wasnt there to totally approve the job before they left, would i hire again ABSOLUTELY.

The owner was prompt in visiting my property, providing a quote, and responding to my questions. The work was scheduled quickly, performed on time, and on budget. The help the owner hired for the carpentry was phenomenal and their work was impeccable. Two items were damaged during the process of the work and the owner repaired them promptly at his cost. The crew cleaned up well and was very thorough. With that being said, I rated the value for the money at 3.5/5 because I felt that the cost of the project was quite a bit higher than it could have been and I should have been more competitive in negotiating a price with the owner. In the future I will do so with them. I also know that if money was saved on the job by the owner (e.g. if I allowed the use of cheaper materials) those savings would indeed not have been passed on to me in whole nor in part. They will certainly be one of my first calls for a quote for future work such as my roof and window replacement.
