Our furnace was more than 50 years old and was producing at about 65% efficiency. They offered a couple of different options and met our request to work within the Mass Save program. From the estimate to the installation, they were knowledgeable, professional, neat, courteous and on-time. We could not have asked for more.

Overall, having been a customer for the past 11 years, All Temps is a company that will provide adequate service as long as you don't have any major issues with your a/c or heating system . 3/18/13 You state you understand our frustration, but you have no idea what it has been like dealing for 6 years with a faulty boiler that Your company sold us. To say our review is a 100% lie is 100% wrong and "slanderous" to quote you. Although you state you were looking out for our family's "safety", you conveniently omitted that you walked out on the job , left us without heat or fixing the problem (even knowing the replacement parts were coming the following day)remember it was in February and the temperature was below freezing .We received a call back the next day assuming it was to arrange our appointment for the following day so the parts could be installed. Instead we were informed that we were a liability and were asked to sign a waiver of liability for releasing All temps of responsibility. That was the end of our relationship w/ ALL temps.

The president Robert Zagame is the best person that we've EVER dealt with. He was patient , accommodating and very professional. We would highly recommend him !!!!!!!

This job was tied to a heat loan incentive from Mass Save. I did not understand how the process worked and Bob was very helpful in educating me on the steps I needed to take to get the loan. He explained that his company worked several heat loans per week and was very familiar with the terms. This was important to me because I wanted to work with a contractor who understood the process. Many that I received quotes from had never worked a heat loan before. The install happened the day after the hurricane. The job took two days, which is exactly what I was told to expect. There were 3 people the first day and 4 the second day, including an electrician and a plumber. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. They showed up on time and cleaned up the job site upon leaving. There were no small details left undone including sealing up the chimney from the old vents. I was very happy with the work. As I write this review I have 5 Nstar gas trucks and a front loader on my property digging up the street and replacing the gas line from the house to the street. This work is in no way related to my project with AllTemp. However, I can report that several of the Nstar gas technicians have commented favorably on both the choice of boiler (Viessmann) and the quality of the installation work. I already have another HVAC project planned and I will definitely use Bob's team again. AJW

Bob (owner) and his team were very responsive. Impressed by the fact that Bob would get on the phone and answer all of my questions when asked. His team was on time, professional and very clean. Job was done in an acceptable manner and now ready for the winter! Would recommend All Temp to anyone.

We had planned the installation for a Wednesday and my husband took the day off work so that he could be home for the installation. However, All-Temp called on Monday morning and asked if we could reschedule because something more urgent came up. While this was a bit of an inconvenience, we understand that these things do happen and they were very flexible about finding a time that worked best for us for the reschedule. On the actual day of installation, the team was on time and efficient with their work. It turned out that our return air duct was insufficient in size, so they said that they would call to schedule a time to fix that, which they did promptly. I had one complaint-I noticed one of the men dumping a bucket out in the bushes in the back corner of our yard on the furnace installation day. When I went out that evening, I found a circle of concrete about 3 inches thick and the diameter of a 5-gallon bucket. I thought it was very unprofessional that they dumped their leftover concrete in our bushes!

I called the company in July requesting an estimate for my project. I did not get a phone call back for 3 days. When I got the call from the owner (I assumed), I was told that they were too busy to come and give me an estimate as it was there busy time. I thought that they were a heating and A/C company so of course they should always be busy as it is Hot in the summer and Cold in the winter. Robert then told me that he would see if he could get one of his tech's to come to my house for an estimate that lives near me and would call me back with a date and time. Well it is not October and I never got a call. I really find this to be unprofessional as this is their business.

Had an issue with our 21 y/o central air conditioning system freezing up & not cooling the house adequately. Called all-Temp to set up an appointment and Scott came out to evaluate our problem and provide a solution. From the day work started to the day they finished the whole team was professional, courteous and friendly. They arrived promptly every morning and cleaned up before they left each day. Before completion of the job the system was started and cool air was soon being put into the house, it was the first time in a long time that you could actually tell and feel that as you went to the second floor there was cool air coming in. I would highly reccommend All-Temp in the future to family, friends and co workers.

Company responded promptly and showed up on time. Service was completed quickly and professionally. No complaints at all.

All-Temp was fantastic from initial estimate to job completion. Very high quality work from all workers (Electrician, Plumber, HVAC). You could easily tell all the workers involved took pride in their work as if it was their own home. Rare to find in contractors these days. At the end, Matt the main service engineer spent time to explain all the work performed and how everything operated. I had 3 other estimates for this work (some higher, some lower) but I new right from the initial on-site estimate that I would be selecting All-Temp. The person who came out for the estimate (Scott) was really the person responsible for me selecting them. He was very professional, easy to talk with and meticulous in determining the correct systems to install based on the sq footage to maintain. Based on his detailed and innovative solutions, he gave me the confidence that All-Temp was the right HVAC company to choose. Bob the owner was also very courteous and easy to reach when I had additional questions. I plan to use them for yearly maintenance service for everything as well, which was an easy decision.

Company was professional and performed excellent from initial contact to finished installation. We asked for a quote on a duct and ductless air conditioning systems. The company representative took time and discussed Pros and Cons with both systems. We received a written quote in a few days. We decided to go with a central air system with ductwork and vents in all 7 rooms. After accepting the quote, we were contacted by the company and scheduled a install date about 2 weeks later. On the date of installation, the company came on time, and began installation with minimum disruption in our home. We had to clear lots of stuff, from 20 years of accumulation, from the attic of which they were patient with us on. The installation was neat and clean and took about 3 days to complete.

I had a service tech come out to size the job for an estimate and spoke to Bob the owner the next day. Right from the first call I knew Bob was going to be confrontational. He explained how the only way to do the job correctly was his way. He wasn't interested in my questions or asking for any explanation. It was, "I've been doing this for 30-years and do this every day." I asked very politely if he could write up the proposal to do the job the "right way". His immediate reply was it's going to be at least $20K, are you still interested. I told him I was, then he started telling me how the house was currently improperly sized, lousy duct work, hack job, on and on. Again, I told him I agree and want to do it correctly and professionally.When I mentioned that I didn't think the setup that he was describing would head/cool the basement, his reply was, "you never told me you wanted to condition the basement..." I'm not interested in working with you on this project.It's too bad, because I did hear good things about all-temp. In the end, Bob's the boss. Seems like he's only interested in working with someone that says, here's a blank check.. please do the project your way and tell me how much it'll be. I won't question you at all during the project.

It went EXCELLENT. The person who did the work was Mike and i've used other plumbers before but i going to stick with Mike from now on. I called them and left a message stating what i needed. I got a call back right away and Mike made an appointment to come out right away and worked around my schedule (my schedule is not an easy schedule). Mike came out while i was at work and did everything in about an hour. My father was at the house and said Mike was as professional as they come, he was quick and he was good. I had just purchased my house about a year ago and i wasn't familiar with the main water shut off in the house and Mike came out on a Saturday (again around my schedule) and showed me how to use it. I was almost embarrased because it was a quick thing but he treated me like a professional and explained everything to me. I will 1 million percent recommend him and I already saved their contact info in my phone because i will be calling All-Temp Systems anytime i ever need anything!!!!!!

All Temp was great. We interviewed 5 companies for this job and retained All Temp for several reasons: they were prompt in providing an estimate, they provided practical solutions and did not "over sell" equipment we didn't need, after talking with 4 other companies we had many questions (everybody had a different proposal to sell) and they took the time to answer them all with thoughtful responses, and their price was reasonable (close to the lowest but not quite the cheapest of 4 bids). Installation went smoothly and the entire work crew was friendly and professional throughout the process. The owner (who provided the estimate and was our primary point of contact) even provided completed rebate applications for the electric company that will end up saving us $1300. What's not to like? We are very happy we chose them and will be using them to service the new equipment as well.

Mike from All-Temps came on time and replaced a part that had worn out. He worked very quickly to replace the part, and before he left, he made sure he did not leave a mess.

Liked company. Very prompt for quote. came out early in AM so I could go to work early.

Our house sediment filter unit kept leaking after replacing the filter so I had to shut off the water to the house. I called All-Temp and left a message on the emergency line. While waiting, I picked up a new sediment filter unit to be replaced guessing that the plumber would not have one on hand. The time it took from leaving a message to the plumber actually arriving was a little more than 2 hours. I can't complain too much about this since the plumber was at another job and this was a lower priority emergency. That is we had no water, but nothing was leaking at the time and we still had heat. The plumber, Mike, was very personable and did great work. I was impressed with how quickly he worked and how he only did the minimal work necessary. He was able to reuse the same fittings from the old unit thereby only having to sweat one coupler. The installation was done in under an hour. I would highly recommend All-Temp after this positive experience. I do not know how well the price fairs against other plumbers since this was my first time needing a plumber, but they were the first ones to respond on a Saturday afternoon (I called maybe 8 or so places). Also, I expected to have to pay a premium for an emergency call so I would say the price I paid seemed fair.

They do a great job, the guys know what they are doing and they are on time. I will use them again in the future.

Installation was to on 11/1/11, but due to a storn we were without power for 5 days. We re scheduled for 11/4/11 and they arrived first thing in the morning as promised. The guys were pleasant and addessed any issues and concerns tnat I brought up. I appreciated that they weren't put off or rushed when answering my many questions. Matt and his team were fantastic! Bob was also immediatly responsive to any emails that we sent as well. Couldn't believe it when I recieved a Thank You note from them for choosing them. I will be calling them yearly for scheduled cleaning, etc. Just wish that they delivered oil as well! Would love to give them more business!!!!!!!!!

I would say they were average. When they initially gave me the diagnosis it did not seem correct. I talked to the technician and let him know my thoughts, which re-directed him. He looked at it again and realized his initial diagnosis was incorrect. They didn’t do a bad job; it was just expensive for the results that I got.

They responded promptly to my email. It was easy to arrange a time and the details of what I needed. Mike arrived when he said he would and set to work efficiently going through the list of repairs. He was very professional and efficient. I will make All-Temp my first call when I need plumbing again.

We called them and they came that afternoon, punctually at the time they gave us. They did the work quickly and professionally, and were very thorough in making sure the system was working properly before they left.

They originally installed my central air system, for a previous owner of my house. The system was installed professionally with attention to detail and a high level of workmanship, and has worked flawlessly for the 15 months I've lived here. I would not hesitate to call them again for service or a new installation.

Very well. We had to defer the work and rescheduling was done very easily. Workmen were efficient and courteous. I had one individual return to show us the particulars of the unit operation.
