It was very nice. They were very good. They helped me out and put the stuff into the A/C so I could get by the summer with it. They were good on professionalism. I have had no problems with them. They were prompt and they helped me out a lot.

The guy complained about the traffic on Rt. 495 in the mornings and asked if I could make the appointment for 8:00 AM instead of 7:30 AM. I agreed to 8:00. Next thing that I know, he calls me at 8:00 and says that he is stuck in traffic. I told him not to bother coming any further. Personally, I would have taken Rt.140, but that is just me.

We used them probably back in June. We were very pleased with them. They came when they said they would and the fellow got right on the job. He figured out what the problem was pretty quickly and took care of it.

I tried calling company on Saturday, but they weren't open, so I left a message both on their answering service and sent a note to them via their website. Today is Tuesday and still no call back or confirmation of our requests!?!? I just called and asked them if they had received my messages to which they said yes, but couldn't bother to call or email me? One issue is not quit an emergency, but as it's about 90 degrees, it's a health issue for my dogs and a comfort item for us. No call back is VERY dissappointing! A call to schedule a time and the courtesy of letting us know that they were going to work us in would have been both polite and good business practices! :^(

Prompt and professional service at a reasonable price, did not have to spend a lot of time worrying about it, or go to the location in person.

We had a recirculating fan range hood that did not vent air out of the house. We cook three meals a day, so we really needed a real vent. I emailed Bob (who always responds quickly) and we worked out a time his team could come do the work. The crew cut the duct holes, installed a vent through the ceiling, attic, and out the roof. They installed the range hood as well. All the work was done quickly and quietly, and it barely disturbed our busy day. The range hood has worked great from day one and we're really grateful too All-Temp for the quick, professional, and reasonably priced work they did.

I have been using them for a while. The overall work was fine. They always had been good. They can come quickly. They come when they say they are going to come. They take care of what needs to be taken care of.

The service was great. The technician that came out was very helpful and professional and started by taking off his shoes before walking through the house. There was snow on the ground when they were at our house to perform the work. I have has many issues with the unit that was installed in my new house since the day I moved in. so I asked for an overall assessment of the HVAC system, to recommend changes for best performance/efficiency and to also perform any changes that could immediately help. The technician was very helpful and didn't mind that I hung around while he did his work. To get the most information, I thought it was best to be present so he could tell and show me all that was wrong with the unit - rather than receive a write-up after he left. We went through the size of AC unit, the duct work sizing and insulation, overall insulation of the attic and he also increased the blower speed to get more airflow. He informed me of general heating/air conditioning best practices as well. All in all it was extremely helpful.

Over the course of a year I had estimates for installing central AC from 7 companies. Many didn't want to do this job because of it's complexity, were unprofessional and never followed up as promised. When Bob Zagame Jr. came to give me an estimate, he was the first one whom I felt was professional, as well as honest about the magnitude of the job necessary in order to do it right. He explained in great detail all it would entail. Although the price was high, I felt this was the only company I had come across so far who could get the job done properly. The service was courteous and professional. Calls even with small questions were always answered promptly. Three workers were at my house for four full days, they always cleaned up, were courteous and friendly. Bob Jr. came to my home after the job was done to explain how the units worked. I was left feeling my money was well spent. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC job, large or small.

All Temp Systems Inc. is always on time and does a very thorough job. The man that came was very professional and displayed a high amount of knowledge about the furnace. I pay an annual fee for this service which covers the air conditioner and the furnace.

THEY WERE GREAT! I FELT THEIR TECHNICIANS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, THEY CAME IN AND DID THE JOB. I ALSO FELT THAT THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, AS IS THE PERSON WHO WORKS IN THEIR OFFICE. THEY FOUND THAT IT ONLY NEEDED A CLEANING AND TO HAVE A BELT REPLACED. IT ONLY COST $250. ANOTHER COMPANY HAD TOLD US WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE UNIT AND SAID IT WOULD HAVE COST $8000. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
