Very fittingly - Wind River's customer service absolutely STINKS. We used this company for nearly 15 years to service our septic and they consistently did a good job. However, they broke one of the covers to our septic system during their most recent cleaning and, despite repeated calls/requests that they fix the issue, they still have not done so three months later. We now have to find another provider.

So far, THREE separate septic companies have come to give me a quote on a new septic system. None of them knew what the riser was for, or how it would "solve everything'. One of the companies actually called the riser a "gimmick".....a ploy to make money. [Footnote: After emptying my septic tank this past spring, Mill River informed me that my system was again failing [even with the installation of their $1000 riser], and that it needed to be replaced. When I didn't choose them to do the work, they reported my system to the city. Mill River are basically money-grubbing shysters.]

I hired this company to be on site in they morning which they said they could be before noon. They got to my location by 3:00 they left the septic system cover broken and lots of debrie in the tank not cleaned out. They never checked to see if the water flowed from the house to the system and left without further review. I called the office and was told by the staff that it was my problem and I was wrong and she argured with me regarding what I saw at my property and what they did. She could not provide me video proof of their work. I requested an supervisor to call me to discuss 24 hours later I have yet hear back. Stay away from using this company they do not stand by their work and are unresponsive to customer needs.
