Skyline Marble & Granite

If i could give a zero star i would. on 7/16/2017 i had a templater come to my house for a countertop and backsplash for kitchen.After a hour,he left.On 7/11/17, around 9am, got a call from the office, asking if i changed my mind about the countertop. I said no i had not, that a templater has been here and did his job. Office said no template done for countertop, would send another out. They then sent another one out that arrive approx. 5pm 7/11/17, and as soon as he stepped out of van, said the issue was my fault, that i had not told him i wanted a countertop with a ton of bad attitude. I stated that it was not my fault, as the order stated i wanted a countertop and backsplash. after about 5 minutes of arguing about it, i requested he leave my property. After he left, i called the company to speak to someone in charge. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and recalled, explained the situation and requested a call back from someone in charge about the attitude and demeanor of their employee representing their company. Mind you, i spent about 6K prior renovating a bathroom, so i am a returning customer. At this point i can say that it seems to me that they have gotten to give proper attention to issues like this. I will wait 24 hours for a callback, then i will start looking for another marble company to do my kitchen. Good luck, and hope whoever reads has a better experiance then i have had with them.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient. It was just one week from the time we decided to buy that someone from Skyline came out to create templates for cutting the marble. He was extremely meticulous about the templates. Less than two weeks later we were having our counters installed. The fit is precise and the workmanship is excellent. The two man crew was very professional and the crew leader answered my questions before I even asked - showing me that he had lots of experience with installations and dealing with the customer. I would HIGHLY recommend these people.

The countertop is lovely; the backsplash is not what we ordered. They returned to fix a mis-matched corner (which both Green Company and this vendor claimed was satisfactory. It was not! The corner heights were off alot.) They refuse to return to correct the backsplash which was contracted for and paid to be 5". It is only 4".

Granite counters installed to replace old laminate counters. Diego was informative and very patient in assisting us in the whole process....from choosing the slab that was "just right" to working within our budget. He also provided sample slabs of the large pieces that we looked at on site, and liked. This allowed us to go home and visualize how the granite would look with our cabinets and in our homes lighting. The turn around time was SUPER FAST. Template was made, the gentleman that came to do this was on time, called ahead to give an ETA on the expected day, as well. He was also helpful in making a suggestion about adding an overhang ( which we did and LOVE) Installation crew arrived on time a few days later, the crew was professional, neat and did and excellent job. I highly recommend this company. I price shopped at several companies, and this one gave me the best price, a wide variety of granite to choose from, and superb service.
