North Shore PC MD

Contacted Costas Koudanis ( North Shore PC MD) to explain computer laptop problems. He stated he thought the problems were solvable. Asked for a estimate of price and time involved. He quoted that he charges $95.00/hour, he estimated 1 to 1 1/2 hours work. He then explained he can either work at my homesite or he can pick up the computer and return it when repaired for no extra charge. I then requested he pick up the laptop at my residence, which he did that evening. He informed me he would return the laptop in three (3) days time. He returned the repaired laptop in two (2) days and went over his repairs with me. Laptop now operates like a brand new laptop. His total bill was $118.25 for 1.25 hours work He then contacted me by phone, within 24 hours, as a follow-up to see how the laptop was functioning. I was very impressed with his professionalism, courteous manner and computer knowledge.
