Tiffany has earned her MBA from Bentley University with a concentration in Taxation and her BS degree as well from Bentley University in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing. Steven earned his BS degree from Merrimack College in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting. Their business degrees provide great knowledge and understanding of the financial impact of buying and selling a home. Tiffany's marketing degree helps provide the know how to use the latest in marketing strategies to market and find homes at an expert level by using digital marketing and social media. Steve and Tiffany have the expertise necessary to assist their clients as they realize their real estate goals.
Steve and Tiffany are members in good standing of the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS® (EMAR), Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the Boston Multiple Listings Service (MLS). Steven and Tiffany feel that being a real estate agent is about more than joining professional associations; they believe it should include involvement in the communities in many capacities. Tiffany exhibits this by volunteering for the Leukemia & Lymphoma's Team in Training and Steven helps out with MDA boot drive every year for the Peabody Fire Department. They and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.

I felt like I was their only client and never had to wait more than a few hours for a response to a question. Steve and Tiffany have a detailed knowledge of Real Estate that they are able to translate and explain to those less familiar with the process. Their ultimate goal is to have their client happy with the final outcome; and Steve and Tiffany have the patience, and willingness to put in the time and effort required to make that happen. In lieu of writing pages of content I?m going to categorize what I feel are the most important items and provide a summary of each. I?m also willing to accept questions for further information. Knowledge: I?m an analyst by trade so I prefer to know each step of a process, and all scenarios associated with each. In initial phase of the process, the Lynch Team identified the steps at a high level. As each milestone was reached, further details were provided with potential scenarios and how each would be handled. This was great for me, I knew what to expect and was prepared for various outcomes. Communication: When I ask questions, I expect an honest answer. When I asked questions to the Lynch Team I had immediate answers, and if the answer was one of ?I?m can?t answer that right now but I will find out the answer and get back to you? I had full trust that they would and within days I had the answer. Viewings: The continuous message was, ?we will show you as many as you want to see, we want you to be happy.? As time went on we established a method that worked for me, I would identify a list of houses, drive by them to confirm the exteriors and neighborhoods were enough for me to want a walk through, and send the final list that I wanted to walk through to Lynch Team. That list continued to evolve over time, and they continued to work with me with patience. I think the final total was 10 ? 15 houses shown before the actual offer was made. During this time I also had an opportunity to observer other Real Estate Agents, none measured up, be it their curtness, lack of knowledge, or lack of transparency. There were times I wanted to outreach to the seller directly and let them know their agent was doing them an injustice. Offer: When the offer was made, I had originally wanted to go lower, but was reminded, the best approach is always submit best and final, because it?s more apt to expedite the negotiation process. This was something that I had taken for granted, and was again pleased with the service provided by Steve and Tiffany Lynch. The response time to the offer was less than I preferred, something that was not within the control of Steve and Tiffany, however, they proactively communicated with me with statuses, and actions they have taken. Pre-Closing: The period between the offer and the closing was the one with the most time sensitive deadlines. The Lynch team kept me on top of what was my responsibility and again pro-actively updated me on the status of items that were not within my control. The day of the home inspection that I scheduled conflicted with the date of a family event for the Lynch Team. They offered me to reschedule, or a willingness to send another agent to represent them and to come by as soon as possible to check the status. I chose to have another agent represent them due to my schedule lacking flexibility, but also told them I didn?t see a need for them to come by. I had trusted their judgment to date without any issue and was confident the person they would send would be fine. The agent representing them answered all my questions, and provided the Steve and Tiffany an update what seemed like immediately. Closing: I was able to work with a fantastic lawyer thanks to Lynch Team?s referral, McGloin & Associates. The closing date arrived and everything went smoothly, Lynch Team assisted me through every step. We met at the house, did the final walk through, and then went to the lawyer. The process went smoothly and I could not have been happier.
