He is a little hard to get a hold of as you always get an answering machine when you call him and he may not call back that day but he does call back. I called back when I hadn't heard after my first call and he did return the call with apologies. In defense of him, he appears to be a one man operation who can have very busy times. On all other points he is great. He shows up just when he says he will, has an upbeat personality and does a quality job in record time. Would definitely recommend him.
