We were having so many issues with flooding and hard water. H20 Care came in found the issues and fixed them. We have not had any flooding issues since. We also decided to have a Reverse Osmosis System installed on our Well and let me tell you "BEST DECISION EVER" no more hard water, our skin is softer, the drinking water is crisp, clear and even tastes better. Ryan came to house and reviewed our needs and what was available. Everything was explained to us so we understood what was to be installed and what what future services we would need (filter changes and when to expect the need to change filters). The filter system was installed the next week and was done in a professional manner. We would definitely recommend them for water filtration needs.

Ryan was wonderful. He explained our water test in layman's terms so that my husband and I could easily understand what was needed and why. The install workers were polite and cleaned up everything. Would recommend to any homeowner looking for cleaner and safer water.

The team is amazing. Formerly known as Atlas, H2O Care is professional and technical. I had many, many questions since I'm installing an new heating and hot water system. The newer technology is higher efficiency, so need to pay more attention to water quality. The tech team is fabulous, especially David who put up with my many, many questions. Highly recommended, especially in areas with very hard water.

We built a new house in Boxford and have well water. We were thrilled to move into our new home after 8 months of construction. To our dismay our well water smelled like Rotten Eggs. After a couple of attempts by our plumber to fix the problem the odors persisted. On the recommendation of water well provider we contacted H20 Care in Middleton. They came right out and within weeks had installed a water filtration system that fixed our problems. No more rotten egg smell! We have a beautiful new water system to match our home. The difference is incredible. I have yet to send in the water test post installation, but just by feel and taste I can tell there is a drastic difference. It wasn't a cheap project but I feel like I got what I paid for. Crew was professional and nice and the installation was tight and methodical - and that's what I wanted. I recommend with complete confidence.

Requested a quote. Site visit was performed and all questions were answered. AvanataPure Water Treatment System was installed. Backwash water drain was rerouted to gravel area instead of septic system, to meet new requirements. Work was well done. The copper piping work was like a work of art. The new system is much easier to work with than the 19 year old technology.

Requested a quote. Site visit was conducted. Received a quote for the work that met all of my requirements. AIRaider system was installed connected to our water treatment system and vented outside of house. Electrical connection to house service box was made. I was impressed with the detail and precision of the work. Followup questions I had on system operation when on generator were answered quickly and completely.

The water softener and RO drinking filter have been life changing. The service was fabulous. Their attention to detail made me feel safe about my drinking water. Whenever I have a question their service call center calls right back, or they send a technician for yearly servicing. It makes such a difference to never have to buy bottled water again. The clear water is a relief for my home fixtures and laundry as well. I liked the taste of the drinking water so much that I had H2O install an RO filter in my year round home as well as an alternative to drinking tap water. I enjoy avoiding all bottled water! I would highly recommend H2O Care.

It went great. I showed up right on time for our appointment in Scitaue and Dave was sitting in the driveway waiting for me. He had all his gear packed and ready to go so we flew right through all the work.

it is going very well. the tast of the water is like the installer stated " you now have poland spring water in the kitchen". the Job they did in the basement was very Professional and neet. they placed the units in a place where they are out of the way. The works were very nice and answered all questions.

Service tech was very nice - he explained his testing to me and performed the service without making a mess- cleaned up after himself. I felt very comfortable with him and that what was being done was protecting our home's water quality. Water tastes great and no chlorine or other stinky smells in the shower/bath water.

First the technicians were on time, 5 minutes early even which I love. I expected the work to take a couple of hours but they were done in just over an hour. They removed our old drinking water system that was installed under our sink. Then they installed our new drinking water system in the basement and installed water lines to the drinking water faucet at my kitchen sink. This was great because it freed up all this space under my sink where the old tank and filters were. Yea! In the basement they labeled all the shut off valves with tags which was really helpful. All the equipment was mounted off the floor on the basement walls. Since they installed a water line to our whole house humidifier we no longer had all the crud (mineral deposits) that had been collecting in the humidifier tank and on the heating element. That's a big bonus first because the first month we ran our humidifier I opened the tank and it was full of mineral deposit flakes. It took over an hour just to clean the mineral deposits off the elements and the tank. A month after the water line was installed the "clean" light came on the humidifier. So I shut it down and waited 45 minutes for it to drain then opened the tank up and it was clean as a whistle, no mineral deposits at all! I checked the tank after running it for the entire heating season (Nov-Apr) and there were no mineral deposits at all. This should make the humidifier last a lot longer. Another yea!

After getting estimates from a couple of companies, including Kinetico, I decided to go with Atlas based on their thoroughness, relatively low price, and low-pressure sales technique. The installation happened a couple of weeks after we signed a contract and every thing went smoothly. The crew was courteous and professional and they left the space clean and tidy. So far so good with the system, the change to the quality and taste of our water is amazing.

We inherited the Atlas system when we purchased our house. In the beginning we never had particularly bad experiences per se but always left appointments feeling we had been somewhat taken advantage of. There always seemed to be something that needed replacing and we had different service providers every time. On the occasion when we got a provider who seemed very trustworthy and knowledgeable, they would often criticize or question the work done by a previous technician. In fact one tech told us that one of our softener tanks hadn't been emptied in 9 YEARS (even though this is supposed to be done EVERY TIME they come). Every time we had a service I would ask the techs about the staining that was happening in all of our tubs, showers, and sinks presumably from the hard water that they were supposed to be treating. Every time I was told that the pH and testing numbers were all coming back within normal ranges and it was just how it was going to be because we have well water. Resigned to this fate we went ahead and completed a bathroom renovation we had been planning. Over the course of the next few months we watched our brand new bathroom weather about 20 years...everything white turned brown and the staining was becoming worse and worse---accompanied by a metallic taste and smell to our water. Additionally, all our clothes were getting stained in the washing machine and even our dishes were stained from the dishwasher. We called Atlas in and they informed us the system was completely shot and not providing any filtering or softening (of note they had just serviced the system 2 months before). We were informed that we had two options--repair the current system which is "completely out of date" (first we heard of it) or put in an entirely new Atlas system---both of which were incredibly expensive endeavors. I was incredibly frustrated both by the sudden claims about our system as well as the very nonchalant manner in which the news was delivered. This seemed like a good time to shop around for a different company and the more research we did and the more professionals we consulted, the more infuriated we became. Turns out we had been paying through the nose for things that either weren't necessary or sometimes weren't even done. In short they never did what they said they did, they had redundancies in the system they never pointed out to us, and worst of all in my opinion, never took responsibility for their mistakes. I had to make several calls to the manager before one was even returned (by someone on the managerial chain but not the head manager) and even then they were unhelpful AT BEST. They claimed no one should have told us the staining was "normal" and because I never called the manager to discuss it they had "no way of knowing." They blamed their individual technicians who they assured me "had been taken care of." As "compensation" if we did a brand new system with them (thousands of $$) they would be kind enough to pay for the replacement of one of our old tanks---apparently not thinking I would go back to check our receipts and discover that we had just paid to have a tank replaced two months before. Seriously bad form. I rarely provide reviews for services as I figure anyone is entitled to a bad day but the complete unprofessionalism with which this company is run is disgusting. In retrospect I wish I had taken them to court but we really couldn't afford it. In the end we found a fantastic company through Angie's list who has reminded me how a knowledgeable professional should behave.

The drinking water tastes so good! The unit has been functioning for almost 1 year with no problems. We haven't bought bottled water since. Excellent service reminders to change the filter and easy to schedule the yearly visit.
