On each occasion, Atlas gave me a clear cost estimate in advance. They performed the work on time and professionally. I did not have any problems with the new systems, and only needed routine maintenance thereafter.

I purchase what I thought was a "water filtration system" to remove sulfur and magnesium, at least that is what is says on my contract. What I got was a water softener that doesn't really filter out anything. For that they sold me a Ro system. Now to get the rotten egg smell out of my water they want another $3800 on top of the $2500 I already spent.

I like them because they remind me that they have to come out and I don’t have to remember. When I call them, they respond right away. I have been very happy with their services. They do not charge me for the servicing, but their prices are actually better than the others.

We use Atlas annually to maintain our water filtration and softening system as we use well water at the property. Scheduling appointments is never an issue nor is the quality of work performed by the technicians. Our service agent was on time, courteous, took the time to explain the process as well as a few specific questions that we had, and finished the job in under 2 hours. The pricing is reasonable and well documented.

No service was performed, since the appointment was cancelled last minute from the sales person at Atlas (the name of the sales person can be provided to Atlas upon request).There was no follow up phone call from the company at all after cancellation. I called the sales person back upon returning from my business trip, approx. 2 weeks later. He immediately complaint rudely to me that I should have called earlier, even though he was the one who cancelled the appointment last minute. He said he would call later but never did. I also left a message at their main office but never heard back. Very disappointing experience and zero service. Obviously this company has the roles mixed up as to who should provide customer service. I have never experienced anything like this before and hope I never will in the future.

I decided not to pursue them. They were fine. They showed up promptly. They only took half an hour and they set my expectation appropriately. They then left me with a quote and I decided to postpone the expense. It’s a brand new house. The quote amount was for $2900. They were prompt and didn’t waste my time. That’s a good thing. They don’t keep you waiting after scheduling an appointment. They seemed professional and knowledgeable. They did a water test right there to determine which system would be best suited. I just decided to postpone the expenses. I at least appreciate when they call to postpone it and let you know what’s going on because you take time off from work to stay at home. So it’s nice when they show up. I will use their services again in the future.

Overall, a good experience.

They were very efficient. They gave me very good information about the filtration system and they seemed to understand my needs very well. They seemed to work quite a lot in the area and so, they knew about the issues that the people faced in the area with the water. The system that they installed is great and my overall experience with them was good. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

They have been great. They come when they say they will and they do what they promise. This time we were particularly happy because our water faucet failed shortly after they were here to service the system and they came back and replaced it for a reasonable price.
