Essex Remodeling

For a brand new bathroom with everything, I ended up paying $7200.

James and his company were fantastic from start to finish. We chose Norden & Costello because of Jame's timeliness, professionalism, and very reasonable price/estimate. James took tons of time to walk through the details of the project, both big and small. When we were unsure of how we wanted something to look, James was willing to walk through options and share his opinions based on past experience. His company was great about respecting our time frame and working around a toddler's living space. Since our little guy has allergies/asthma, James' staff took time to completely seal off his room and tape cracks so that none of the dust entered his living space. They also brought in an air purifier. While there were parts of the remodel that took longer than expected (due to inspection schedules), Norden & Costello was very conscientious of our time and space. Once the work was completed, James checked in with us numerous times to make sure that all of the little bits on our end punch list were finished just to our specifications. When we requested an item (e.g., a curved shower bar) only to find out that it didn't actually work in our space, James graciously came back to switch it out with another option. He was incredibly patient, and truly wanted our new space to be JUST as we desired. Aside from the quality craftmanship, the project came in on budget...no extra costs tacked on at the end. I would highly recommend James (Norden & Costello Construction) and we will definitely be using them again for future projects. Feel free to reach out to James for pictures of the project.
