Jon and his team did a great job. We got quotes from several vendors for a new Central Air system. Air Doctor s price was among the lowest, and I felt comfortable with their approach to completing the work after doing a walk-through. System was installed in the time they said it would take. The crew showed up each day exactly when they said they would. Everyone on their team was courteous and polite. (And tolerant of our insane dog and curious children.) Great company. Would definitely hire again.

Jonathan took the time upfront to understand what I was looking for. Checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with progress and plans. The crew was professional and did top notch work even creating improvement solutions during the project. I would highly recommend the Air Doctor.

The crew who did the install, led by Aaron, was excellent. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and they did a great job. And we will remain customers going forward.

Loved Jonathan and crew. Jonathan spent a lot of time with me at my Cape house to go over all options. He had great suggestions and spent a lot of time figuring out a somewhat complicated install. Crew was professional and friendly!!! Thanks Guys..

After I left a message, they got back to me right away. While on the phone Jonathan gave me some suggestions on what the problem might be so I could try to fix the problem on my own. When I could not, he came out, quickly identified what was wrong and fixed the problem within an hour.

had air doctor Come out to fix my ac. from the first call they were professional and accommodating. they arrived early and fixed the problem quick. they didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need they where completely honest. because of this service i will be using them to install my new ac and furnace next year.

Very responsive. My call was returned within 2 hours. Gave a quote on the same day they came out to estimate installing central A/C. They came out 2 days later to do the installation.

He was here very quickly. He went over the AC, found the problem, fixed the problem. He was courteous and went way beyond what I had expected, I would recommend him.

Our AC Unit failed just as guests were arriving on vacation. The Air Doctor Team responded quickly, sadly the fault was not repairable but a new unit was ordered, delivered and fitted within three days. After interviewing 7 other companies, it was an easy decision to hire Air Doctor. Johnathan was the only one who looked up specs to find units designed to pair together. Plus he was the only one to suggest a low wall unit, that was perfect for me. He spent the time to answer all my questions and educate me on my options. The installation ran into a few bumps because of my old home construction, but Air Dr. handled them with no drama or extra cost. Johnathan explained different options to me and I was able to make on-the-spot decisions that I felt good about. The technicians were excellent. Very pleasant, professional and perfectionists. They did a neat clean job, and picked up before they left. I was invited to call Johnathan anytime with questions, which I did. The office staff Nancy & Louise were exceptional. I was so surprised when I called the office and a real person answered the phone! They scrambled to get my rebates in before Dec 31. Both are very pleasant and want me to be a satisfied customer. This a family company that's been around for a while. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them. (Note: there was an error on the BBB site that said they were out of business)

New installation. Good, appropriate advice from the beginning. Started job on agreed date. Good coordination of all aspects. Three day installation. Clean and neat. Polite and efficient. Good follow up. My wife and I highly recommend Air Doctor, Jonathan and his associates. The entire installation, from initial presentation through the final check was pleasant and professional.

Trtied another company and they started in immediately on "its an old system (10 years??) and quoted $600-3000 to fix. Called Air Doctors- prompt courteous and knowledgable service . Total cost $192. Use Air Doctors guys so you DO NOT get ripped off which is common in the AC business
