Wainright's did a great job. I used them in the past for my snow blower and I was very confident in asking them to help with my lawn mower. They are excellent in their work and responsive and very reasonably priced. i will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Quick response on my request for a service appointment. Promptly showed up first thing in the morning. Both mowers cleaned up and ready for the season. Can't really ask for much more than that. This was work done for my father's mowers. I will definitely keep in mind for any future mower/snow blower servicing at my own home. Would certainly recommend to others.

prepped our snowblower for the season. needed some carburator attention, so job took a little longer and he had to take it to his shop. Returned with in a few days. Had a little trouble with the snowblower this winter, it still coughed and didn't stay on long enough to finish driveway, but, I don't see that as a problem with the repair, more a problem of old machine. I would use Wainright's again, and would recommend them to others. Very personable, prompt and informed me of all steps. They came to the house to do the job, that gets a lot of points in my mind!!

The technician showed up at the agreed upon time and performed the tune-up work very well and efficiently. Since the broken blade control cable is not a part that he had available in his truck, he took the mower back to the shop. They ordered the part, installed it and brought the mower back. The labor charge was minimal and they did not charge for travel back and forth to the shop with my mower. Superb service. I also plan to use them in the future to keep my snow blower tuned.

I was contacted the day after online purchase to schedule the service. They were able to service my machines within 48 hours and did exactly what they said. Both are running excellent and the blades are as sharp a chef knife. I am ready for spring! These guys are prompt, professional and great communicators. I will happily call them again.

They were prompt and responsive when we contacted them by email. The work was done at my house, and my wife was home the day of the service. The service technician was professional and polite. The snow blower worked very well after the service. We live outside the 30 mile radius of their location (Middleboro) so we were charged $30 travel fee which they informed us of upfront. ($189 for tune up, $30 for travel) Only suggestion would be to provide an invoice after the service. I'm sure all the work was done, but it's nice to have a breakdown of what was done. This is the only reason for giving B for Professionalism, otherwise very happy with their service.

The repair person showed up on time. He was very professional, and made an accurate assessment of the problem. The snowblower had to be taken to their shop because it could not be repaired on the spot. The problem was a piece of asphalt stuck in the mechanism. The snow blower was fixed promptly, at what I consider a reasonable rate, and was returned directly to my house. I have used Wainright before, and have never been disappointed with their service. I will use them again when the need arises.

Young man came and serviced the snow blower. Tuned it up, etc. It runs much better now and it's hardly snowed since then!

Went well...for a great price came right to the house and had it done within a couple hrs. Didn't have to bring it anywhere or have to wait for them to bring it back!!!

Service was great. The company communicated and responded quickly. They made it very easy for us. We left the lawnmower out for them and they came to check it and provided service and we did not even need to be there. I asked them to look at it see if it was worth fixing, and they did, replaced battery, and were finished during the day while we were at work. Was very pleased with the service and the responsiveness of the company. We will definitely use them again when we want to tune up our lawnmower and other machinery.

Everything went very well. Wainright showed up as scheduled and performed the worked expected.

I've used Wainwright on a number of occasions now, for seasonal servicing for snowblower and lawn mower. I've very happy with every aspect of this company's service. I plan to use them over and over.

We have now used the snowblower a couple of times since service. It has so far, worked better than it ever did, even more so than when we first bought it. We would definitely continue to call on Wainwright's for this service. And, they were very nice and professional to work with.

I have a reasonably new Aries snow blower that would stall after about 30 minutes use. I should mention here that I did not purchase the snow blower from Wainwright. Last year I asked wainwright to come out and look at it. One of their techs spent a half hour running it and looking everything over but couldn't find a problem. It didn't stall. They didn't charge me even after coming here and the time spent. I had it tuned up over the spring along with my lawn tractor but during the first storm this year it stalled and wouldn't restart. I called and asked them to look at it again. They came out and took it back to their shop and made sure I had it back last week before 6" of snow. It ran well last week and again today for 50 and 40 minutes,,, They have not charged me yet but I did call today and told them that it seems ok and to send a bill.....

Today (2/8/16) was the first time this winter I tried to use the snow blower (Ariens 7524 Sno-Thro) and could not. 9 out of 10 times the motor does not start. When it does, it shuts off after ~30 seconds of work. (2/15/16) )Wainwright's has fixed the problem so I have updated the feedback accordingly. These guys do stand behind their work.
