It went fine, as usual with Wainwright's.

They came to my house, did a minor repair to my snowblower, changed the oil, replaced the spark plugs, cleaned it and filled it with gas. They worked quickly - very professional.

They came right on time. They fixed the 3 issues on the snowblower and it is now running perfectly. They cleaned up where they worked and left the snow blower exactly where they found it. Great work.

They were really nice. With the professionalism, responsiveness and polite is hard to come by for a contractor and they had that.

The work was very thorough, including oil, spark plug and filter changes, cleaning, sharpening mower blade, inspection and many other procedures. The enticing thing for me was that the mechanic would come to my house to do the work, eliminating the need for me to get the machines to a shop and back home. The mechanic was extremely polite, kind, knowledgeable and skilled, and he was a nice person.

Great. They called me the day after I bought the coupon and left a message. We arranged a time for them to come and do the work in my driveway. The repairman showed up when he said he would, did the work they said they would do, and went over it with me. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them, and would certainly hire them again.

I purchased this service through an Angie's List "Big Deal" (and have done so multiple times in the past). Wainwrights goes out of their way to ensure fast, professional service at a very reasonable price. I have for a number of years used them to tune-up the snowblower (in the Fall) and the lawn mower (in the Spring). I love them!

One of our mowers would have cost more to fix than it was worth, Instead of just fixing it, they were upfront on the situation. Also a piece on out snow blower was returned broken. When I let them know what happened , I got immediate response, and options that were in my favor to correct this situation.

Wainwright was prompt in returning my call and scheduling a home visit the following week. They did what was asked and followed extra steps to a tee. I'd recommend them and will use them again in the future.

In a word, terrific! I needed a seasonal lawnmower tuneup / startup and saw a "Deal" on Angie's List for this provider. I was attracted to the service because they come to you and do the servicing on the spot rather than having to take a mower somewhere or have it picked up for service. I spoke to the owner, who performs the servicing, and found him personable and easy to talk to. Scheduling was flexible and service arranged for only a few days after my call. He arrived punctually on the agreed upon date and time, did a great job. (Even cleaned it up, which I hadn't expected!) I'll almost certainly use this provider again next season.

The service from Wainwrights was terrific. The company was able to schedule my lawn mower service quickly. Sherman, Wainwright's technician, was extremely professional. He ensured that the servicing would be completed in a clean environment by laying down tarps. His customer service was great as he took the time to explain to me what would need to be done, and how he would do it. The lawn mower was back up and running in no time (less than an hour). I will definitely use Wainwright's services again in the future.

It went well. They answered the phone promptly and set an appointment for a few days away. There was a small problem with the mower afterwards, not caused by them, and they came back right away to fix that as well. That impressed me.
