Description of Work: Called the company to come uot and give us an estimate for a generator. Never got a return phone call. Friends who used this company happened to be in contact with the company and mentioned we had called and hadn't heard back. He said we were on his list and he would call that morning. No call ever came. We contacted a different company, who was responsive, timely and professional. Would not call Reliable Power, or as they should be called "Unreliable Power" again.

Description of Work: Company employed to install generator. They were paid small amount for a cover ordered from the manufacturer. After considerable delay owner came to our home and collected a part which he had left earlier for install. He stated he was leaving to talk to his supplier.After not returning he was called and stated he had walked off the job site as he decided he was not making enough profit. Agreed upon price was $1500 of which it is estimated that close to $1000 would ave been labor profit for 5 hours work. We consider this man to be dishonest in his dealings and totally lacking in professionalism. We therefore warn all who would consider utilizing his services to avoid him! I have had a call from persons I originally referred who stated they had discharged this individual and cancelled a whole home gen system. They said he promised twice to provide references and failed to do so.

Description of Work: He comes once a year to maintain the generator.

Description of Work: Reliable Power did the warranty check on my new generator that was hooked up to natural gas.
