He was excellent. He was absolutely phenomenal. He came down and did the work. He was very upfront and honest about the work. It was a small job and was expensive. He gave me break on another job that I needed. He did that job at a very reasonable price. He did the job on time. He was in close communication with me. He did good work.

everything went extremely well. Jake actually came out on a Sunday afternoon to assess the job and provided an estimate immediately. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner. Jake (and his workmen) were very pleasant, listened to our concerns, and were very easy to communicate with. The appearance of the finished work surpassed our expectations. I would not hesitate to reccommend Lewis drywall to anyone.

Did a good job given the surface they were going over. Walls look great now.

I can really go on and on about what Jake and his company have done for me. I have used them once before on a really small project and it was great. This time though i was in a bind. I have just purchased a property for income. I am pretty handy and so I figured i would do most of the work myself. After opening one can of worms after another, and nearing my deadline to get the project finished, I called Jake. He was of course busy because all the great ones are. I explained my situation over the phone. He promised to do what he could to help me out. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He came down within a few days. His quote in person was better than his phone price. I assured him that the house would be in a specific condition. When he showed up it was not exactly as i had promised, but it was close. They started in the rooms that were ready, which gave me the time i needed to get the rest of it ready. Did I mention i was doing almost everything myself. He literally worked around me, without a single complaint. The workers were great and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, hopefully under less trying circumstances. By the way, they were very neat. They left everything better than they found it. They were honest, and very conscientious about making sure that they left with only what they arrived with. Thanks to Jake and his crew I am on schedule to make my ridiculous deadline. When it was all done Jake came through and inspected the finished product. He came off hrs with his wife to do so. I didn't get the feeling that he just wanted a check. We hung around and talked for a while after he was paid. I wouldn't think twice about using them again. They were great people and did great work.

This is the second time I used Lewis Drywall and Plaster. Jake and his associates repaired a ceiling and wall that had a large hole and cracks/uneveness in the plaster. The wall space involved a dormer area where they needed to re-work corners. They did a great job, were friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly. On a previous occasion Jake put up drywall in my attic storage space: he also did what he promised, and worked with me until I was happy with the final result.

This company even came in on Saturday to complete the room for my husband.We could not be happier with the end results.As I mentioned, my husband is a quadriplegic and his chair is very big. While awaiting the addition, we have lived in small quarters and accidentally hit one of the walls in the living room with my husbands chair.Lewis Drywall and Insulation offered to fix that while they were working on the addition.We could not be happier with the quality, professionalism, and efficiency.We would recommend this company to everyone.

I have used Lewis Drywall and Plaster on multiple occasions for ceiling and wall repair around my house. Jake and his crew are courteous, efficient and very reasonably priced. They also show up on time and do a thorough clean-up at the end of every job. They do great work and leave the surface paint ready which saves lots of time ... Jake and his crew showed up right when he said they would. They protected carpet, floor, stairs and doors to keep everything as clean as possible. The quality of the work was outstanding and they took extra care to make sure the ceilings matched the rest of the house. They were very professional and their only care was that the job was done right and that I was happy.

I discovered Lewis Plastering via a request through Servicemagic. I spoke with Mr. (Jake) Lewis almost immediately after submitting the service request. He made himself available to meet with me to view and discuss the project later the same day, and was so punctual, he was waiting for me when I arrived. I later learned that he based his schedule upon the promises that he made during the course of the conversation! He truly listened to me when we met, and took into account my project and scheduling needs. As a result, as soon as I was ready to commit, Jake and his crew were ready to go. They came in on a Saturday and completed the project that day! This was a room which I had anticipated spending weeks finishing the drywall in. They arrived at the designated time and worked diligently for the duration of the job. Jake and his crew conducted themselves with complete professionalism and worked hard to respect the cleanliness of the rest of the house. The room looks great! As I hung the drywall myself, I am very much aware where the problem areas are. When Jake and the guys finished, I could not see those problem areas! It was an absolute pleasure in every way working with Mr. Lewis and his company. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have dealt with several service professionals throughout the course of the building and finishing of my addition. I have had several positive experiences, and I have met some terrific people whom I have enjoyed working with. I can say without hesitation though that Jake Lewis has left the most positive impression on me of anyone I have ever dealt with in the trade.

I have an old house with horse hair and lath and was unsure how to fix the walls and ceilings on a low budget. With Jake's knowledge-ability he was able to meet my needs within my budget and meet my expectations with nice clean straight corners where the walls where once crooked. I found Jake and his help to be very personable and comprehensive. Jake did exactly what he said he was going to do, he had the job done within the estimated time and cost. While planning the job I found Jake to be very insightful, he was very responsive and walked me through the process explaining my options with patience and professionalism from beginning to end. Thank you Jake for all of your patience and time.

Arrived at 7:30am as promised. spread out all his equipment in my driveway before entering my home so as not to track in any more than was necessary. Was finished by 1:30pm. The quality was 100% and made a big difference in my home. If I need any more work, I will certainly call Jake. I think he very qualified.
