The experience went very well. The Inspector was incredibly thorough and explained everything as he went along. Pictures and emails were forwarded to us the next day. I would highly recommend this group for piece of mind for one of the most important experiences of your life.
Description of Work: A Home Inspection was scheduled immediately upon request. The dollar amount was quoted accurately, and the time involved , and a description of what would take place was described accurately.

He was extremely thorough, looked into all the nooks and crannies, taught me a lot about the house and it's systems.
Description of Work: This was a complete inspection of a 100-year-old 2-family home in New Bedford which I intended to buy. Price included termites but not lead or radon. Price also included a series of photos which Chuck sent me by e-mail and CD, with captions, for use by future service people. Because the house was bank-owned and had been "winterized" and the city had turned off the water for nonpayment of an old bill, the initial inspection could not address most plumbing and heating issues, but Chuck came back several weeks later at no additional charge to conduct inspection of those systems.
