Returned call within 1 hour of leaving a message. Was on site at the promised time. Idenitified possible problems. Diagnosed the root cause. Explained possible alternative causes. Fixed problem. Was courteous and professional. Was respectful of other professionals who had done work on the system. Provided an invoice that was detailed and within expectations. Even idenitified a possible repair that he did not think was needed at this time ... just keep an eye on it! Honest! Top notch! Recommended for heating/furnace work.
Description of Work: Diagnosed the cause of a persistent problem with my heating system that had eluded another provider. Repaired problem and suggested optional future improvements.
