Getting an estimate was no problem and communication via email and phone was prompt. I hired them because the company who replaced our furnace had done business with them before. I never met the work crew because they were more than 40 min late and since I could not wait I had to leave the door open. When I came back in the afternoon they were gone. I can not judge the quality of their work (asbestos was removed) I can only hope they followed the rules. What was left behind were more than half a dozen cigarette butts, plastic sheeting over one window and large water puddles with no signs of attempts to dry them up. Some of the areas were still wet the next morning even though the furnace was running without insulation all night. When I called about it I was told that the crew was too far away by then.
