I love my beautiful new roof. Beantown was amazing. Price was reasonable, arrived exactly when they said they would. Old double roof was off and new roof on in 7 hours. The crew was great cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Beantown.

We were in need of new windows and siding for our home. We did some research and asked friends for recommendations. One company kept coming up - Beantown. We contacted Beantown and scheduled an estimate. Jim Delprete came out and sat with us and talked about all the options we had for siding and windows. He was very transparent with the pricing and everything it included. After careful conisderation, we decided to with Beantown. Jim made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Each step of the process was expertly scheduled. The installers arrived on time (and sometimes early!) and were the extremely professional. The job site was cleaned up every night. Jared and his crew installed the new windows. They carefully put down plastic sheeting to minimize any dust and debris. They expertly removed the old windows and installed the new ones. They did this with professionalism and as minimal of interuption as they could. Estuardo and his crew installed the new siding. They were an amazing team. They worked from 7am and some nights did not leave until almost 6pm. They were courteous and professional. We were amazed at how clean the job site was every night before they left. Every day they showed up ready to work and with a smile. We cannot say enough great things about Beantown. We could have gone with someone cheaper, but we knew we would not get the quality and craftsmanship that we got by hiring Beantown.

Beantown scoped out, and replaced our roof this winter. The project manager was extremely detailed when going over going over all of our concerns, and warned us of any potential problems we could run into (1960's house). We had venting issues with our attic, and Beantown provided a solution to resolve our air flow issues. They also added aluminum coil sheathing to the rake boards, and cut back the roof overhang on the rear entry for us. The project manager provided progress photos while the construction was on going using a drone to keep me informed and close up views of any problem areas. The crew was very detail oriented, and cleaned up extremely well after the project.

From start to finish I was very impressed with their professionalism. They explained the products being used and provided Consumer Reports ratings on the shingles, gave references, did all the leg work on permitting and got the job done before the agreed timeline. Would definitely recommend for your roofing project.

Beantown Home Improvements were great. Very thorough providing an estimate and making it clear what was included and what might result in additional cost. They came as scheduled and installed our new roof in a very professional manner. They did an excellent, efficient job and cleaned up our property afterward so that it looked like they were never there. The crew leader communicated very well and made it clear what to expect. We cannot say enough good things about Beantown Home Improvements. From start to finish, the re-roofing of our home and shed was a stellar experience. For starters, Dan, the Project Specialist, is awesome! He is not only a truly nice, genuine person, but also a truly excellent ambassador of the company. Dan was right on time for his first visit to our home and always sent a text to let us know he was on his way for subsequent visits. He sincerely listened to our concerns and needs and then gave us several helpful suggestions and possible alternatives to achieve the outcome we wanted. He carried out a thorough inspection of our roof, attic and shed, answered every one of our questions and left us a number of shingle samples to consider. We had a couple of other companies come and look at the house previously, but none could compare with the Beantown experience. Dan stuck to his word and unlike another company that never followed up with their estimate, Beantown followed through, allowing us to gain their trust with a very reasonable estimate. Derek, the Project Manager, was also terrific. He kept us informed, telling us what to expect and when. The dumpster was delivered right on schedule, the day before the job, and Derek kept me posted on when the crew was arriving the day of. Derek orchestrated the crew like a seasoned conductor. I was amazed as to how smoothly everything went. One of the things we asked Beantown to do was to replace the trim on our shed with PVC – they did a great job, but the crown jewel was the rebuild of our cupola, whose wooden base had rotted. Derek, mapped out a plan that was carried out by his crew with an outstanding result – it looks beautiful! The job was completed by 5:30 PM and the cleanup was amazing – it was like they had never been there….and the dumpster was picked up the very next morning. I did a walk around the next day and only found one nail – unbelievable! Not only do we highly recommend this company, but we have hired them to rebuild our front and rear decks. Looking forward to another stellar experience!

The project was easy from start to finish

As I was looking for a company to do my roof, I didn't want just anyone. I wanted someone who would take care of my needs and to replace old with the new. Beantown informed me upfront all the expectations. If there was something needed to added like payment because needs more support, Beantown would tell me along the way and not after the fact. If your looking to get a new roof, Beantown is your place to go. They are fair and reasonable and understand your needs. There is no question to Big or too small that they can't answer. I am an extremely satisfied repeat customer of Beantown Home Improvement. For some time now, my wife and I had been contemplating adding a portico to the front of our home. We had previously used Beantown to replace our roof, attic vents and trim work and were very pleased with the job. So, earlier this year when we ran into owner Jim DelPrete at the Hanover Home Show, I approached him with the idea. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. He came to our house, discussed options and importantly listened to and took into account our questions and needs. He soon returned us a detailed proposal including drawings at a reasonable cost. We readily accepted. I can not more highly praise the work done by the construction team. Project manager Brian arrived early every day and always kept me informed about what was being done. The crew, including Patrick, Ian and Scott are all highly skilled professionals, friendly, open to questions and careful of our property. The quality of their work is exceptional, a high point of which is the barrel ceiling. Upon completion they throughly cleaned the area and removed all debris. We love the finished product as it has greatly enhanced the appearance of our home. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Beantown.

Beantown from start to finish could not have been a better experience. Super friendly staff and very professional. I was never not in the loop with my project details and felt very comfortable. Derrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on site and made sure everything went smooth. I will recommend and use again for any future needs!

From the very start ,Dan, the sales representative was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the siding of our house. He told us that we may have to wait a few months as they were booked, but if they had an opening they would side the house sooner. True to his word they came as soon as they could. Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Beantown.They were on time, efficient, and left my property cleaner than when they arrived. I work rotating shifts and they were able to work around my night shifts. The staff was extremely responsive to any text/e-mail questions i had during the process. I was blown away by the quality of the work the did is such an efficient manner.

Great Communication, prior, pending, during & after. from sales to operation and project managers. Great work ethics, very polite and hard workers that take pride to work clean & fast. Extra careful, we had a special request to protect screens on our porch and they took extra effort to address that detail.

Their sales leader and project manager were highly professional and communicative throughout the entire process. When their team found unexpected old wood that needed to be replaced, they were able to pivot on a moment's notice and still finish the installation cleanly and on time. Our experience with Beantown was a fantastic one! At our initial visit with Jim, we were given great options and advice. We started our 3 step project by replacing 2 sliders on the back of our house. This was followed by step 2 which involved stripping off all the old curling cedar shingles. The house was wrapped tight and finished off with a beautiful natural clay colored vinyl siding. This phase was finished in an amazing 5 days!! The 3rd and final stage was a tear down and replacement of our 2 decks. Our sun filled backyard was the culprit in destroying everything made of wood! Our new decking was an Azek English Walnut, which was accented with white premier railings and risers. The crews we had for each phase were very professional. They started each day promptly at 7am and finished the day with a complete cleanup of the work area. We would like to give a special shout out to deck crew Brian and Pat! They worked so hard through many days of New England weather, and were so very kind to our Grandchildren! We were so pleased with our experience with Beantown, we are sure you will be too! Based on a friend's recommendation, we added Beantown Home Improvement to our list of potential roof and gutter replacement providers. We were impressed with Eli's thorough quote, attention to detail and competitive pricing. We ultimately hired them and Eli and Derek were very responsive and professional throughout. They kept us well informed during the whole process, which included prompt rescheduling due to a winter storm. We are apprentice of the professional, hard working and tidy crew. The roof and gutters look great ( and were immediately tested the day after installation with 60 mph winds!). We would not hesitate to recommend Beantown or hire them again.

Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. Great! Beantown is a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, organized, friendly, respectful of the neighborhood, and neat. Decks are more involved than I had realized. We had constraints on what we could do with our existing side deck and with a new rear deck due to their proximity to our neighbor's property line. Beantown helped us work through those issues and worked with the Town to get an approved permit and they worked with us to make sure the deck was following our wishes. The deck and portico team (Brian and Patrick) were a joy to have around! They rebuilt our side deck in a way that gave us more usable space, and it flows seamlessly into the new rear deck.
